Chapter 14: Sour Wolf

Chen's POV:

The hyungs went to talk to them ghoulies, as we went back home. Sadly D.O. was in charge so we all were cleaning the house. I was in a frilly pink apron on and yellow rubber gloves. The guys were all in similar outfits but I feel as though mine was the worst.

"D.O. are we done yet? I'm tired" Lay complained as D.O. just stared at him with his evil glare. Lay went back to sweeping the floor with his broken broom, since he thought it would be best to lean on it.

"So what do you guys think of this town?" I asked bored out of my mind.

"I still hate the fact that we are under the rule of the witches but I could care less as long as I'm with her..." Kai said with a goofy love sick smile on his face.

"Ignore him. He is in the honeymoon mate phase. I think this is a good change of pace for us" Chanyeol said and Baekhyun nodded with his statement.

"Hey I have an idea, why don't we invite some of the serpents over for a get to knowing" Chanyeol said with a big grin.

"You mean a party?" Lay asked him.

"No it's a get together. Big difference" Baekhyun said with a big smile on.

"No parties. I'm in charge and parties will lead to a big disaster" D.O said as he stopped our little conversation.

"Come on D.O this town seems to have something special. Maybe you might even meet your mate, as most of us did?" Baekhyun said as he pointed out to Chanyeol, Kai, Tao, and then named off Suho and Xiumin.

"Fine but only the serpent girls. I don't need any of those Northside girls coming in with the wild idea they will get to party at some house and leave a mess" he said as he grumbled over to the kitchen to make some snacks.

"Okay Channie call the girls up" I said as I went upstairs to get ready.

"Okay guys, let's get ready for tonight" I said as each of them ran to get dressed.

The doorbell rang. D.O went to get the door and opened it as I saw my beautiful mate standing there with a beautiful outfit. It was cute yet a hint of sexy to it.

"Hey guys" she said as she raised a bottle with a French label on it.

"I brought something to make this a bit more fun" she said as the rest of the girls walked in.

"Wow nice place. I didn't get a real look at it when we were spying on you" Lily said as she took her shoes off. Many of the girls took off there heels, and put on socks that they held in their bags or purses.

"Well ladies we have a lot to talk about. We would love to get to know you" D.O said as he took the hand of some blond chick. She giggled and took hold of his hand as well.

"Lead the way, little penguin" she said that made D.O blush.

"Hey are Sasha and Mackenzie coming as well?" Olivia asked Izzy who nodded her head.

"They are just getting a ride from Sasha's dad and trying to get Archie off their backs" Izzy explained to my mate. Sasha, why does that name remind me of someone?

"SASHA IS COMING?!!! Ow" I then heard a loud bang and then looked to see Kai at the end of the stairs with him shirtless. I immediately cover Olivia's eyes as she giggled and tries to remove my hands.

"Channie stop I've seen a shirtless boy and to be honest they are more impressive than this" she said that made Kai growl so I growled louder.

"Yes Kai, Sasha is coming which reminds me" she instantly held her hands out and Kai was forced to the wall.

"If you dare try to hurt my Sasha I will rip out your soul and shove in the mouth of the demon. Then when you go to hell I will welcome you by cutting your body into small little pieces. Got that" he nodded his head as many of the girls surrounded him and the other boys. I had Izzy holding a dagger up to my neck as she smiled with some sick grin.

"Yea you hear that pretty boy. We got each other's back, so if I hear you hurt my girl's heart I'll slice up your private and feed it to her dogs. Understand what I mean?" she said with an angry tone of voice that I wouldn't try to go up against.

"Crystal" she nodded and all the girls walked to our living room and sprawled out.

"So wolfie just know that our girls Sasha and Kenzie aren't your usual human mortal" Izzy said as she sat down.

"What do you mean by that? They smell like mortal human to us, how are they not?" Tao asked her. Maxie walked over and sat on her mate's lap.

"What she means is that Sasha is a serpent like us same with Kenzie" I looked shocked but not as much as Kai since he did a huge spit take of water on D.O who was walking in with some snacks that he made.

"Gomen, I'm so sorry Kyungsoo" Kai said as he bowed to his hyung.

"So they are witches like you girls" Kyungsoo said as he dried himself off with napkins.

"Well Kenzie is a werewolf, but Kai's little mate is a witch. They both are part of our serpent family" Maxie explained with a happy smile. Kai on the other hand was staring at her with a shocked face.

"My mate... is a fucking disgusting witch like you whores" Kai uttered but as he said those words we heard a plate crash. We looked to the front door where two girls stood, one had an angry look where the other looked like she was gonna break.
