"Wait, you planned to hangout together?" Jake asked.
"Well it was his idea, and I said we could all hangout together, not just the two of us." I explained.
"Oh, ok. But dude...just saying, I'm the one who started talking to her first." Jake said towards Jack.
"Oh yeah, I know. I just wanna...be friends." Jack said, looking at me with an evil eye. At this point I was terrified to be alone with him. I was only interested in Jake.
"So Jessica. What do you do for a living?" Jake asked.
"I'm a---"
"She's a photographer." Jack interrupted. I stared at him kind of annoyed.
"Oh, really?" he asked.
"Yeah, I have a website that I upload them onto, and then advertisers or other people buy my photos and use them."
"That's interesting." Jake said.
"Thank you. What is it that you do?" I asked.
"I'm a personal trainer." Jack said quickly before Jake could even open his mouth. I just smile at him, trying not to be rude.
"Oh that's cool, and you Jake?"
"I'm a dancer." He said smiling.
"Oh, that's so cool. I always wished I could dance, but never had the ability." I say.
"I could teach you." Jack said, "And while we're doing that we could have a private...workout session."
"Dude, you don't even dance." Jake said.
"So." Jack replied, "Jessica wouldn't mind. Right?"
"Actually, I feel like it would be better to learn from an actual dancer, no offense. Plus its not really necessary. I am ok just admiring dance." I say.
"Whatever." Jack said getting up and walking away. I watch him walk out of the front door and I turn to face Jake.
"Sorry about that." He says, "He gets jealous a lot."
"Its ok." I said, "He's a bit forward with his actions, in my opinion." I say, hoping he will agree or explain his thought process.
"Oh yeah. He's always been that way. He can't really keep girlfriends; although, they never give a reason for leaving. Well, then he will get jealous when I have a girlfriend and he doesn't." He explained.
"Oh, I see." I say, finishing my tea.
"So, Do you wanna go for a drink or something sometime, you know, if your old enough." He smirked.
"I'm old enough." I say, "By 2 months."
"Oh. Your birthday is in February?"
"Yeah."
"So your 21?"
"Yes. How old are you?"
"23. And my birthday is in June."
"Great." I said. We exchanged numbers and walked out of the Café.
"I really enjoyed seeing you today. Sorry about yesterday, and my brother." He said.
"Its ok." I say smiling, "Now I know what days to come here, and I'll just learn to try and ignore Jack." I said smirking.
We hugged each other and went our separate ways.
