I layed there just crying in pain. I didn't think it would ever stop, and I most certainly thought I would never sleep. However, I somehow dosed off. It seemed like only minutes passed but I'm sure it had been hours.
I heard walking outside. I was both excited and terrified because I didn't know if it was Jack or Thomas. I had given up on the idea of Jake saving me so I knew Thomas was my only hope.
The footsteps stopped in front of my door. My heart was racing. I shut my eyes acting like I was sleeping, hoping that if it was Jack that he would leave me alone.
I heard the door openly quietly. My eyes were still shut as I waited to hear Thomas's voice, but I heard nothing. They slowly walked towards me. I feared the worst. I suddenly opened my eyes. Jack quickly put his hand over my mouth.
"Don't say a word or I will kill you." He said, raising his gun to my head. He climbed on top of me. I had my eyes glued on the open door, praying that Thomas or anyone would save me.
"I've been waiting for this for a long time." He began lowering his pants. I screamed in fear but his hand blocked all the sound. He put his hand in my pants, getting his feel. I shut my eyes, crying intensely.
"Shhh..." He said, "Enjoy it and it won't be as bad." He removed his hand from my mouth and quickly started kissing me. I started moving my head back and forth.
"Don't resist me."
"HELLLLP!" He hit me with his gun so hard, I got dissy.
"I told you not to say a word. Next time, I will kill you." He started pulling down my pants.
BAM!
I look over and see Thomas holding a gun. He hit Jack in the back and he collasped.
"Come on." He whispered. I quickly got up. Thomas shut the door and locked it.
"This way." We both started running out of the building. We hopped into the car and left as quick as we could.
"Thank you so much." I said, "Take me to the police."
"What about me? I'll go to prison."
"I won't press charges on you. You saved my life."
"Just because you won't doesn't mean they won't. They can charge me with killing Jack."
"Please. I'll make sure you stay free."
"Jack is dead. It doesn't matter now. Just move away."
"Where are we going then if we're not going to the police?"
"I don't know." He continued driving. About 20 minutes later, we made it into town. He stopped at the police station. I opened the door to get out. He grabbed my arm.
"Jessica? I'm sorry. I wish you the best." I turned and gave him a hug.
"Thank you." I got out and he drove off.

"Jessica? What happened next?"
"I told my story to the police. I didn't want Thomas to get in touble because he saved my life. I haven't seen him since."
"What happened with Jake?"
"He heard about the story. He apolized. He had no idea any of it was happening. And he understood when I chose to not see him anymore."
"And what are you doing nowadays?"
"I'm still a photographer. And I was actually on set with the cast of The Illusionist, and I was able to get some amazing photos."
"I love your bravery and courage for telling you story. I thank you for being on the show today and I wish you the best."
"Thank you."
