I smiled as I watched Dylan at the park. I sat in a tree looking down at him where he was swinging on the swings. I spotted Sam over beside the slide with someone else. She looked really preppy and was yelling at her. She had blond hair but I couldn't see anything else from here.
I jumped down, picked up Dylan who climbed up onto my shoulders, and walked over to the girls. I'm a curious guy. Sorry if that bothers you.
"-you stupid emo freak. Your not worth shit. Go drink bleach for all I care." the blond said.
"Come on leave me alone..... please....." Sam said looking at her feet. Tears fell down her beautiful face as the blond went on.
"Why? Aw did I hurt your worthless feelings? Aw too bad you see I really don't care. Come on go cut yourself. Please? For me?" She said sarcastically.
That's it. I'm done. I set Dylan down and walked between the two, facing the girl. It shocked me at first but I kept calm, having that old emotionless expression on my face. This was the girl that had shattered me before.
"Back off Stacy." I growled angrily.
"Oh look it's the emo fag!" she snorted.
"Back. Off."
"As but why? It's fun bullying this worthless girl. Oh I see your a couple aren't you? Aw the two flags fell in love did they???"
"If you call her one more name, so help me I'll kick your sorry ass to China."
"Blah blah fine but I'm not done with you."
She turned and stomped away angrily. I turned to Sam who stared at me, still crying. I embraced her in a hug as she cried into my shoulder. For once since I had tried to kill myself, I felt hatred burning deep inside me. Once I stepped away, Dylan crawled back into my shoulders and we walked home together.
She decided to stay at my house for the night. Jack sat in his room, bored out of his mind while we sat on the couch watching Yobi: the Five-Tailed Fox. It's a great movie. I felt Sam lean against me and fall asleep. After the movie as over, I laid her down on the couch and walked to my room and laid down and eventually fell asleep......
