I woke up when Sam shook me awake. The clock read 2:49 am. The fuck....? I sat up, causing Rose to wake up who was sleeping on my feet. I pulled San down to sit beside me.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I had some nightmare. Your never gonna leave me r u?" she replied.
"Of course not!" I Said pulling her to my chest.
She leaned back against my chest and sighed. As my chin rested on her head, i started thinking. Why would Sam ever think i would leave her? She saved me. I held out my arm in front of her. It was lined with thick scars of the past.
"See these?" I asked.
"Yes.... I don't want to look at them though..." she said, turning her head.
"Look. This is what you saved me from. I would never leave the person who did something like that for me."
I wrapped my outstretched around around her waist and laid back, pulling her down onto my chest. She was warm and soft.... I liked that. She didn't resist but soon began to fall asleep, taking me with her....
I woke up when Rose began to lick my face. I found her laying on my chest looking at me. After pushing her off of me, I petting her quickly and got up to find out where Sam had gone. She wasn't here....
She wasn't anywhere to be found... oh well. I quickly get ready for school and decide to walk since I have time. Wait... up ahead.... What the fuck?!?! Cody, the schools top jock, was kissing Sam!!!! What?!?! That makes zero sense!!!
Sam doesn't look too happy though... She slaps him straight across the face and storms toward me. She grabs my wrist and drags me back home. My little brother was at school and my older brother at work.
"Sam?!?! School's the other way!" I yell.
"We're skipping." was all she said the rest of the way home. Well this outta be interesting.
