I walked around school bored out of my mind. I was NOT looking forward to tonight. Sam had convinced me to come to the party at a bar at the edge of town tonight so I had for go through hours of sitting alone in the corner. Fun!
I walked out of the school and to my bus. Sitting down in my usual spot, I started reading R.O.D (read or dream.) which is yet another manga. Sam had gone home early to get ready for the party but I just planned on dressing like I normally did.
When I got home, I simply walked to my room, layed down with Rose, and slept for a bit. I woke up when a pillow crashed into my face. I looked up at an angry Sam.
"Hey we have less than 40 minutes til the party starts and you haven't done anything! At least change your clothes and brush your hair! Take a shower! You stink!" she yelled.
"Ok ok here entertain yourself with this til I'm done."
I handed her my Fruits Basket DVD for her to watch and she skipped down the hall happily. I sighed, grabbed some clothes, and started the shower. I washed as fast as I can, trying to avoid Sam getting angrier by me taking longer, and put on a pair of jeans with holes in them, a Pierce the Veil Shirt, and my favorite Jacket.
I quickly dried my hair with a towel and brushed so it fell over my right eye. I walked down the hall and meet Sam at the doorway. She dragged me to her mom's car, trying to avoid the rain and before I knew it, we were at the stupid party. I really don't like parties.
"Yay!!!" Sam exclaimed as we walked up to the bar and walked in.
I just sighed and followed her. Stupid everything..... It wasn't very soon afterwards that the whole of school was in the bar either drunk, dancing, or drunk and dancing. I just sat at the bar being bored out of my mind like I thought I would be.
Sam was off somewhere around here but unlike most people, she wasn't drunk. I was about to fall asleep someone grabbed me from behind and started pushing me down the hall.
"Hey what the Fuck do you think your doin-" I started screaming.
A hand came over my mouth and I was quickly silenced. I tried hitting the hand but that didn't work. I was thrown into a small closet. It wasn't long before someone else was thrown into the closet. Whoever it was sighed and looked at me.
I couldn't make out anything in the darkness and my side was pressing up against hers. I groaned and put my head in my heads realizing what this was. 7 minutes in heaven, stupid game......
"So hey.... um .... hi we can do whatever we want so just.... talk?" a familiar voice said.
"Sam?!?!" I exclaimed.
"Lee?!?!?"
I sat there awkwardly blushing. I wouldn't mind being so close to someone else but this was Sam we're talking about. I started blushing more and more as the seconds ticked by.
"So Lee.... you got a crush on anyone?" Sam asked breaking the silence.
'You' I thought to myself.
"No well ... uh not... um really anyone that would like me back......." I answered.
"Well I gotta crush but he's not interested in many people and most likely not me....."
I sat silently against one wall while Sam sat against the opposite wall. We both had our knees up but they still touched. We found it a bit more comfortable this way. I was about to say something when Sam crashed into me, pressing her lips against mine roughly.
I sat shocked against the wall as she kissed me harder trying to get me to kiss back. I eventually did and she pulled back after a while but her face was still inches from mine. I pushed her against the opposite wall and kissed her again. We sat there a few seconds before she put her hands on my shoulders and pushed me back.
"I uh I'm sorry Lee... um I totally took advantage of you sorry that was a stupid mistake....." Sam stuttered
I stood up shocked. Mistake? So she doesn't like me? .... she just used me. I back up against the wall hugging myself and started shivering violently. Tears threatened to fall as I heard the door unlock. I burst out the door and ran down the hall and out into the night.
The rain had stopped by now but it was completely dark. God why me? Why do all these things have to happen? I know it's a dream ill wake up in my bed and none of this would have happened. Tears started falling down my face as I fell to my knees still holding myself.
I have to wake myself up...... I bit down as hard as I could on my hand. Blood welled up on the newly inflicted wound. It wasn't a dream. Nope..... not a dream..... the pain was all real.
I stumbled to my feet and started running down the sidewalk, leaving a trail of blood as I went. I ran until I couldn't anymore and collapsed on the ground unconscious......
Sam's Pov
I sat in the closet a moment trying to regain my composure. Lee couldn't possibly love me back could he?..... Not now anyways. I hurt him..... I got up and tried to run after Lee and burst out of the building. I looked up and down the street looking for any sign of Lee.
I was about to give up when something caught my eye. A small pool of blood formed on the side walk. Could it be?...... No it couldn't..... but it probably was Lee's blood. I hurt him..... I'll have to avoid him ..... I don't want to end up hurting him again.
I slowly walked home thinking about him.....
