eddie thought about what to say and eventually stuttered out, "uh-uh ar-are yuh-yuh-you shh-shh-sh-sure?"
richie opened his mouth, closed it, and said, "eds, it's just a dare. it doesn't have to mean anything... although i hope it does," he mumbled the last part.
"okay.. that's alright then.. i guess," eddie said, biting his lip and slowly getting closer to richie's face.
richie suddenly grabbed eddie's face and smashed his lips against eddie's. eddie's eyes widened, staring at his best friend.
yeah sure.. he had dreamed about this moment, and seen movies, but, he had no idea what he was doing.
the kiss was tongue-less, as any truth or dare kiss should be, and lasted about 10 seconds. richie pulled away and just said, "okay, now truth or dare me."
eddie was a little shocked from what just happened, but overall nodded. "truth or dare, chee," he paused, "also, don't be a little bitch and choose truth."
richie nodded, opening his lips, and mumbling something that eddie could hear; "but you always choose truth."
eddie rolled his eyes, and richie smiled devilishly at him. "dare," richie said, looking at the wall.
"okay... i dare you to... uh... buy me icecream later, before the party." richie hoped it was a date, but wasn't completly sure that it was.
eddie only realized how it came across seconds later, but only waited to see his reaction.
"okay!"
ALTERNATIVE ENDING:
"I dare you to kiss me" richie said
"truth" eddie said
"do you want to kiss me?" richie asked, getting closer to eddie's face
"UH NEVER HAVE I EVER-"
"THAT'S NOT THE GAME!"
