"Keh tashi!!"
I heard Amina waking me up.
I hissed before getting up. I yelped due to my head throbbing.
"Please Amina i need medicine. My head will burst!"
I whined as i carefully surfed my way through the girls lying on the floor because the bed cannot contain us all.
I went into the toilet, brushed my teeth and came out.
I spread the prayer rug in a corner and prayed.
"Here"
Amina said, handing me the medicine.
After taking it, i went back to bed. Before i know it, i fell back to sleep.
I woke up almost 3:30pm.
I quickly prayed Zuhr and Asr prayers before taking my perfumed bath.
I was putting on my clothes when my phone rang. It was with Aisha so she quickly brought it to me.
"Hello baby"
I said softly, earning an idiot look from Aisha.
I chuckled and continued talking with my heartbeat 😉
"Amarya! You refused to take your daily dose today koh?"
Aunty Zahra said. She is my Ummi's sister.
I frowned seeing the brown liquid i don't know what its made of.
"Ohhh Aunty Zahra!"
I whined.
"You wont know the importance of this until your first night with your groom. Girls of nowadays don't know what is good for them"
She kept ranting. I closed my eyes and gulped the sour thing. After that, she also made me eat an unspiced chicken. 😥. It tastes like....YUCK!!
In the evening, we went to the saloon with two of my friends, Jiddah and Aisha.
My hair was washed with fruit scented shampoos and plaited into nice tiny braids.
After that, the pedicure and manicure was done.
I felt great when the saloon girl gave me a facial massage, relieving me of my stress, and when she is done, i felt new.
We went back home after the skin treatments and everything.
Aisha went to check on the event planners for the dinner program, and as for the kaamu and bridal shower, Abbu made me canceled them because he said the bid'ah will be too much.
Bilal came to see me in the night but Aunty Zahra blocked my way.
"Where do you think you are going?"
"Please now Aunty Zahra! He just want to drop something neh fah!"
"Keh Aisha! Come here!"
She shouted Aisha's name.
She came out like a squirrel.
"Yes Aunty!"
"Go with Yusrah. She wants to collect something from Bilal. I will be watching you from the window. Don't leave them alone and they shouldn't sit in his car"
She said, going into the room she will watch us from. I heard her saying before entering;
"Girls of today are not to be trusted!"
