Ella's POV
Dear Tristan,
I noticed today that you were having a flashback.
Your eyes looked broken and you looked like you needed to get away
I'm still really shy so this took quite the courage.
I made my way to your table and grabbed your hand and told you to follow me. Jenna slapped me and told me to get my 'grubby' hands off you. She threw the words 'he's fine' in my face. I could tell you were obviously not fine. You got up and followed me anyway
We sat in the hallway where I kissed your hands. A small gesture my father did for me when I was upset. I hugged you. You were stunned at first, however you settled in. I let you cry on my shoulders. No one should be forced to keep their emotions inside and not be able to release them. You needed to release the demon holding you. After a comfortable silence. I pulled away from you. One of the hardest things I've had to do since I enjoyed that hug much more than others. I looked you in your icy blue eyes and told you that I was here and that I would never leave you.
I genuinely meant that.
Tristan, I'm not going anywhere.
I'll be ready whenever you're willing to tell your story.
-Ella
