Dear Tristan,

I'm sorry I avoided you today

I felt extreme disappointment

I relapsed and I cut

I couldn't handle the pain of thinking I have a new friend and the thought of even losing them

My heart felt broken

I've never really had a friend before and my parents wouldn't be proud of the person I am today
