Tristan's POV
Dear Ella,
I asked you on a date
I took you to a flower field
You wore a beautiful, white sweater dress
Even in such a simple outfit, you leave me breathless
I have no words to describe how gorgeous you are
I took a picture of you
I couldn't resist
It began to rain
I expected you to look for cover, but instead you started twirling in the rain
Your hair whipped around as it stuck to your pale face
You grabbed my hands and I twirled you around
You pressed your body onto mine and looked into my eyes
You began to shiver
You put your head on my chest and I rested my chin on top of your head.
I led you to the gazebo in the middle of the field
You were still shivering, so I took off my jacket and wrapped it around you
You tried to take it off, but I wouldn't let you
I know I'm cheesy, but I got down on one knee and took your hands in mine
I asked you to be my girlfriend
My heart was pumping a million miles per hour
My hands were sweaty
But you didn't say anything
You fell to your knees and hugged me
I don't think I've ever had a hug that made me feel the way yours do
I'll take that as a yes
-Tristan
