Dear Tristan,
I've packed my minimal belongings in a trash bag
I bought this notebook to keep writing in
I can't wait to see you
But it's blistering cold outside and I have nothing more than a thin jacket to keep me warm
The thought of seeing you once again is what will keep me going

I've stopped again to write
My hands are shaking from the cold and it's beginning to get difficult to maneuver my hands to write
My hand will barely grip the pencil
I have to keep going

My body is beginning to shut down from the excessive cold
My face feels like it's been turned to stone
My lips have turned blue
Luckily, I found a local gas station to reside in for a small time until I gain warmth again
I know this gas station
It's next to the bus stop
I may be able to get on the bus to get to your home
