Day Off

I broke the kiss, I needed air! I wish I didn't then that moment would last forever, but it can't.

"does this mean you like me back?" I ask wiping the rain out of eyes

"yes, yes it does"

we laugh together then go get Jon and get back into school. 

Everyone was in class so nobody mobbed us, I just looked at Luke and he looked right back with a small little smile while Jon was checking his phone.

"we deserve a day off, fuck these people let's do something" Luke says

"It's raining Luke" Jon said pointing to his wet hair and sweater

"I'll do something"

"okay Ryan if ya wanna do something with Luke be my guest but don't come crying to me when your sick because you went outside when it was pouring rain" Jon waved us bye then walked to his class.

"alone time" Luke smiled 

we ran to his car and drove off.

"what do you wanna do?"

"I don't know, chill at my house or yours?"

"how big is your TV and how soft is your couch"

"Small and not so soft"

"then my house it is" Luke then started driving in the direction of his house, which I have never seen before.

it was nice, the size of mine- not too big or small but just more modern, his parents must like a modern style, the inside was cozy, like a actual livable home which is not what the outside made it seem, I followed him into his basement where I found a medium sized TV and a couch that looked so damn soft I wanted to dive right into it.

"before you sit on the couch let me grab some blankets and some spare clothes because we are soaking wet and the water will ruin the softness" Luke smiled, I nodded and sat at a bar stool as I waited.

so he had a basement bar because I was sitting at it, there were weird art pictures everywhere, like I thought his parents must like all this weird shit. I got up and walked over to a glass door which lead to an outdoor staircase going up to the backyard, I could see a glimpse of a pool. interesting. I kept walking around there was a hallway with 3 doors, one was a washroom, I'll remember that one, one was a spare bedroom looking place, and the last one had a few pinball machines and a Foosball table and an air hockey table, awesome!

I walked back to the bar when Luke came down with a really bug and soft blanket and a pair of shorts and a hoodie for me, he was changed into a red hoodie and some shorts as well.

"there's a washroom over there"

"okay"

I went to the washroom and got changed into the grey hoodie, grey looked good on me damn... I went back to smell popcorn being made in the bar, the TV said Netflix on it and the couch had the blanket on it, I sat down and HOLY FUCK was this a magical couch it was so soft!!!! the blanket was just as cozy, Luke walked over with the bowl of popcorn and got under the blanket and sat close beside me.

"let's see what we can watch"

"okay, just no stupid chick flicks please"

Luke laughed

"horror movie?"

"YES"

we smiled at each other as we browsed for a good horror film to watch.

during the movie, the boring part of course where nothing happens I snuggled closer to Luke.

he kissed the top of my head making me smile, god I've waiting for this moment to happen ever since I've meet Luke formally. He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me closer if that was even possible. 

"I guess you're gay" I laughed

"Guess I was lying to myself"

"yea, it's not so bad"

"but people are making fun of me, because I like guys and play football"

"so does Evan"

"yea no shit, Jon tells me all about him and Evan kissing and having sex"

"too much information Luke" 

we laughed

"they had sex?"

"multiple times, Jon likes to tell me how good he is-"

"okay I don't need to know"

Luke laughed and kissed my head again

"but one thing, who tops"

"that he wouldn't tell me"

we both laughed then continued to watch the film as it looked like it started getting good.
