What is it that we do to ourselves
every time we think about someone?
That one person that broke your heart
and not even thinking about it twice.
Isn't it torturing enough?
Trying to get get over it?
Knowing that you have been played.

It seems like nowadays we like to keep digging into our wounds to make it hurt much harder until we start hating the person.
To hate
because according to us
it will be easier to get over it.
And...
Why do we repeat ourselves every time we feels like it?
What other alternative do we have to stop digging into the open wound?
Because it makes us vulnerable?
Because it makes us dislike the person more?
or is it because we like to hurt ourselves?

Because, it makes others feel sorry for us
or is it because we do wanna let go?
Maybe it's because we don't know how to let go.
We don't know or we don't want to let go.
Pushing forward takes a lot of effort and energy. Especially when you fell too deep.
I guess is only matter of time for us to take the wheel of our own life and move on.
It is complicated but we can make it.

'Sorry' is a word that we don't like to use
but is the only word that can heal.
And all we do is make it a big deal.
It's easy to say when you accept your wrongs.
Some don't wanna use it because they think is useless
It shows Weakness
Some use it to manipulate
Some say it just because they want you to hear them say it.

Why do we always have to make excuses when it comes to being honest?
Why do we always have to beat around the bush before we say something?
Why do we always have to ruin a situation before making it better? Why?
Why do we have to destroy everything that we have and then complain about what we don't have?
Isn't that stupid enough?

I guess that's how our society works
We have a world that some unconsciously don't appreciate or save. Just like Some things are meant to be
but,
why do we...
