CHRIS'S POV

I wake up and stare at the white ceiling of my room. I can't stop thinking of last night. Hayes said he loves me. And I can't wait to say it to him. Because I love him. I pick up my phone that was charging under my pillow, and click the home button. I have a few messages from Hayes. Then I look at the time. It's 12:30?! I have one hour. I jump put of bed and dart to the bathroom. I squirt the toothpaste out on to my toothbrush, and read my messages from Hayes.

Hayes: good morning baby(:

Hayes: Chris????

Hayes: are you sleeping?

Hayes: wake up cmon

Hayes: yo Chris wake up

Hayes: I love you

Hayes: one hour until our date babe

He's so annoying, but I love him at the same time. I continue to brush my teeth, and once I'm done, I go to my closet. I pick out a pair of black leggings and an oversized sweater. I brought those into the bathroom, and locked the door. I turned on the hot water, and washed my body and hair. After I was done, I changed into the clothes, and then blow dried and curled loose ringlets at the ends of my hair. Then I went to my makeup. I decided on black mascara, added a thin line of eyeliner to my eyelid, and a pink lipgloss. I wanted to add a little extra today.

By the time I was slipping on my white high top converse, I hear a knock on the door. I rush downstairs and fling open the door, and practically jump on top of Hayes. My arms are tightly wrapped around his neck, as his hesitantly move to my waist.

"Hi babe" he whispers in my ear. The usual shivers cause goosebumps to rise from my skin.

I let go, and he smiled at me. His eyes move up and down my body, like a scanner. "What?" I ask blushing, and feeling slightly insecure.

"Your just so beautiful" he says softly, a smile tugging at his lips. My cheeks heat up, and go from my skin color, to bright pink. His hand slides into mine like a puzzle piece, they fit perfect.

I don't even know where we are going, I let him drag me wherever we are going, because all that matters is that we are together. After about 20 minutes of walking, we end up at a laser tag place. Hayes and I had a birthday party here once, maybe when we were like 10, or 11?

We walk inside and go straight to the room where you play laser tag. I grabbed the gun, and bolted inside before Hayes could even say a word to me. I hid behind one of the big blocks used as obstacles, and waited for Hayes to cross my eye sight so I could shoot him with my laser gun. But instead, big arms wrap around my waist tightly. I let out a small yelp while jumping, and then realizing it's only Hayes.

"Scared babe?" He whispers in my ear. Once again, goosebumps cover my body.

I turn around so I'm facing him, his forehead resting against mine. "I love you, hayes" I spit out as soon as I look into his eyes.

"I love you more" he teases, which causes me to smile.

"You wish" I say back, and he smirks. His face inches closer to mine, leaving us millimeters apart. His eyes flickered from my lips to my eyes, and i smile lightly. His lips brush over mine lightly, that wasn't even a kiss. I pull him by his neck, and press his lips onto mine. Nothing could ruin this moment.

I spoke to soon, because his phone buzzed. He pulled his lips off of mine, and took out his phone. I sigh in annoyance because whoever is on the phone has to ruin this moment. He sees that I'm pissed, and he pecks my lips quickly, before answering his phone and putting it up to his ear. I don't even bother to listen to the conversation.

"Chris I gotta go," Hayes says, causing my eyebrows to slam together, and my head to swarm with confusion.

"What, why?" I asked disappointed yet confused.

"I gotta go take care of the you know what" he says referring to something. What is he talking about?

HAYES POV

"I gotta go take care of you know what" I say referring to the plan. I didn't want to say it out loud. She looks at me confused.

''What?" She asks confused. Probably forgot about it.

"Whatever, I gotta go, I'll see you later, yeah?" I ask, and she nods looking disappointed.

I tilt her head up with my two fingers, and she looks right into my eyes.

"I'll come over tonight, and we can hang out" I say and she nods. I kiss her lips before running out of the laser tag place and to Christina's house to discuss the plan that will be happening very soon.
