HAYES POV

After our whipped cream fight, we just decided to head home because i could tell they were about ready to kick us out.

I feel really awful. I dont want Chris to feel left out. Thats the last thing i want. Chris has been my friend forever. Shes actually my bestfriend. If someone asked me who my best friend was, id say Chris without even thinking. We've been through it all.

Today at school, Chris looked jealous. and acted jealous, which ive never seen her act like before. Was it Christina? They do look incredibly alike. And theyre names are alike too. Christina is so amazing. I really like her, and im going to ask her to be my girlfriend. Dont ask why she called me her boyfriend in the hallway, becasue i dont know why. She was just like Chris, but she wasnt. Defininitely not personality wise, they are completley different personality wise. Chris is funny, and nice, and crazy, and silly. But ive seen the bitch side of her. Ive only known Christina for a day, and ive seen her mean side around Chris, but her sweet attractive side when shes around me. I really like Christina, i do. But i feel something thats like....telling me to stop.

The next day at school, Chris went to talk to Steph, so Christina came and sat next to me. But not in Chris's seat. "So Christina, i want to ask you something" i say folding my hands. she looks at me with her big brown eyes. she reminds me of chris. alot actually.

"Sure babe, what is it?" she asked grabbing my hand. i thought i would get a jolt of electricity shooting through my body, but nothing.

"I know ive only known you for a day but....Will you be my girlfriend?" i ask a little nervously.

"Of course i will!" she exclaims and wraps her arms around me. Then Chris came and sat in her seat. i gave her the look and she gave me a hug. "Congrats!" she says nudging me. What is this feeling i have now? I dont know...but i like it.

Chris talked with us for a little while, before going of to talk with Rachael. "So now that we are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, we have to have nicknames for eachother, right?" Christina says.

"Uh yeah. What should yours be?" i asked her, and she looked up, thinking.

"How about....Chris!" she says clapping her hands. My facial expression dropped. I only call Christiana Chris. No one else.

"Um thats Chris, er, Christianas nickname. Shes my bestfriend, i only call her that" i say, and her smile turns into a frown.

"But im your girlfriend. We are a couple Hayes, girlfriend and boyfriend come before anyone else" she says putting emphasis on 'girlfriend'.

"Uh, um Chris, she, she is -" i started to say but i was cut off.

"Its okay, if you dont want to be boyfriend and girlfriend...." she said trailing off. I kinda gave in

"Okay. so Chris, would you like to go out tonight?" i said putting emphasis on 'chris'. she giggled, adn we talked about tonight.

"Hey Chris" I say to Chris, the real Chris, who sits down next to me and Christina.

"Hey" Chris says patting my shoulder. She starts talking to me about the party on Friday. Chris and I always go to parties. We throw the biggest ones as well. Saturday I'm throwing a pool party, and I'm surprising Chris. Christina doesn't even know, but I want to tell Chris first.

CHRISTIANA'S POV

The sound of the bell echoed across the room, and everyone got up. "C'mon Chris" Hayes says and I start to walk over to him, when someone brushes past me, and grabs Hayes hand. Christina.

But Chris is my name. He always calls me Chris, no one else. I follow them and eventually catch up to them in the hallway. "Hey hayesie" I say nudging his shoulder.

"Hey Chrissy" he says back. We gave eachother these nicknames with ie/y sound at the end. Christina looks at me confused. "Why do you call him that? He's not your boyfriend" she sneered at me. If she wants to play dirty so can I.

"Well he's my bestfriend and best friends have nick names for eachother. But you wouldn't know you've never had a best friend before" I say smirking before fast walking in front of them. I look back to see Christina's mouth hanging wide open, and then I glance at Hayes. A little smirk playing across his face.

I sat in my normal seat, and Hayes came in shortly with Christina. "Um you know I get to sit next to my boyfriend" she says towering over me. "Well I get to sit next to my bestfriend" I say and look back at my books. She scoffs before plopping in the seat in front of Hayes. She turns around, and takes his hand. She looks at me and smirks. But I ignore it. Even though my stomach is in flames. But I ignored her.

Which put her in flames.
