The next morning Alina, Tanner, and Woods all were getting ready for work and ended showing up to the building within five minutes of one another. Woods was the first to show up and went right up to his office, Alina was the second person to show up and got situated at her desk for her first day, and Tanner was the last person out of the three to show up. Tanner was happy that he saw Alina to start off his day. He stopped and talked to her for a little bit before he went down to his office. What Tanner didn't know was that today he was going to be meeting his second soulmate for the first time and then he and his soulmates were all going to be in the same room together.
Woodland's day started off like it normally did, but there was one complication and he hated when his routine was interrupted. He tried to open his email, but his computer froze, and he couldn't get anything to work. He told Mariah to call up the manager of IT and tell Alina that he wanted to talk to her. Mariah called up both employees and Tanner was the first person to show. Woods has never met Tanner because Tanner was the last employee his dad hired before giving him the company.
Woods walked around his desk with his hand held out, "You must be the IT manager. I'm sorry we never met before. I'm Woodland Demars, but all the other employees call me Woods."
Tanner reached out his hand and was going to reply, but he was stopped by a warm, tingling sensation that ran through his body. This is exactly what happened with Alina and the moment his eyes connected with Woods's eyes he knew that his boss had felt the same thing. Both men could agree that the other was attractive, but they were shocked that their second soulmate was the man standing across from them.
Tanner finally regained his senses and stared blankly at Woods and said, "It's nice to meet you Woods. My name is Tanner Malmedal and yes I am the manager of IT." The two men just kept on looking at each other. They heard the door and look to see who was walking into the room.
At that moment Alina walked into the office and realized that something happened between the two men. Once Alina noticed both men were in the office a huge surge ran through all three. The three just stared at one another waiting for someone to break the silence. Tanner and Alina both looked at Woods expecting for him to talk since he was the boss.
