Couldn't keep away... ( INANIMATE INSANITY // LIGHTBRUSH Fanfiction )

good morning baby

I woke up the next morning to a ray sunlight beaming into the room from the window. I rubbed my eyes and sat up on the bed and stretched. I look to my left and see paintbrush, asleep. it was the cutest thing ever. they were all curled up in the blanket.

I smiled and leaned over to Painty and planted a small kiss on their cheek. lucky me, they woke up.

Paintbrush opened their tired eyes and looked at me with a grin.

"good morning baby." Paintbrush said softly.

I bit my bottom lip and laid next to Painty. they turned to look at me and kissed my nose and I blushed.

"did you sleep well?" Painty asked.

"ah, I slept like a baby !" I replied.

"haha awww. I know. I couldn't help myself so I watched you fall asleep into my arms. it was the most heartwarming sight." Paintbrush said as they stroked my chin lightly.

I couldn't take their cuteness anymore. Paintbrush always had a way with words. they'd make me melt every time they said a full sentence.

I grabbed their face and kissed them, softly at first then they kissed back and the kiss started to get more dominate. paintbrush pulled me on top of them as they put their hands on my waist. pulling my body closer on theirs. I giggled as they bit my bottom lip, teasingly.

Paintbrush smiled and laid me back down in my spot of the bed.

"you're my happiness. you know that?" said Paintbrush.

*HERE'S THAT CUTE TALK AGAINNNN !! *

I blushed and smiled hard.

"can you stop that???" I said to Painty.

"stop what?" Paintbrush replied.

"having that sudden moment where you say something absolutely adorable and leaving me speechless and flustered.?" I say.

Paintbrush looked at me for a few seconds and then smiled wide. god that was such a hot sight. their full smile.

Painty then pecked my lips and got off the bed. I sat up and looked on the right of me at the time.

".....SHOOT! it's 9:47!" I said as I sprung up from the bed onto my feet.

"wha?" Paintbrush said.

"I have to be back at home!" I said quickly.

" whyyy." Paintbrush whined.

"becauseee. you know. Inanimate Insanity? That game show you got eliminated from but I'm still on?" I said raising my eyebrow at Painty.

Paintbrush chuckled and nodded. "that's right."

"I really need to be going back!" I say.

Paintbrush walked over to me and wrapped their hands around my waist. "Ok fine. but will you secretly come here everyday to see me? or we could discuss some more "secretive" places to be." Paintbrush says as they wink.

"of course!" I smirk back.

Paintbrush gives me one last kiss and lets go. letting me leave the room.

"I'll see you soon, cutie!" I say as I head for the door.

"cutie, huh? I'll think of a cuter nickname than that. you just wait and see." Painty winks.

I blush and smile at them. Then I leave the room...
