Couldn't keep away... ( INANIMATE INSANITY // LIGHTBRUSH Fanfiction )

I need.. advice

TestTube heard a knock at her door. she opened it to see Knife, standing there holding his arm nervously. 

"oh, hello Knife." TestTube gave a chipper look. 

"h-hi, are you busy?" knife replied.

"not particularly. what do you need?" TestTube stood there leaning on the front door.

"I- well I don't really know how to ask this but.." knife paused.

TestTube looked at him as he stopped speaking.

"Yes?" TestTube said, breaking the silence.

"Ehm, I really like Microphone.. but I don't know how to approach her with the information. I guess I need.. advice." knife finally said. 

TestTube raised her eyebrow and stood straight. 

"And why'd you come to me?" TestTube asked in utter confusion.

"Well, I decided that you're the only person that doesn't completely hate me." Knife said as he put his hand at the back of his head and chuckled playfully.

TestTube rolled her eyes. "Alright then. Come in and we'll talk more."

"Thank you!" Knife said with bright eyes as he walked inside, following TestTube.

~Meanwhile~

"PAINTY!! Where'd I put Luna's baby lotion?!

Paintbrush came into the room and picked up Luna from her crib.

"it's in her nursery." Paintbrush told Lightbulb.

Lightbulb found it and sighed in relief.

"Oh thank goodness!" Lightbulb said as she sat on the bed.

Paintbrush grinned and sat beside Lightbulb. "Why're you so stressed out, bebesita? Luna isn't even three days old." Paintbrush asked.

"hah~ I know, it's just so different. I have so much responsibility now." Lightbulb said as she put her hands on her head.

"We." Paintbrush corrected. "We have so much responsibility now." Paintbrush said as they kissed Lightbulbs hand. 

Lightbulb smiled as she looked at painty with low eyes. 

"but, I hope not too much responsibility. I need love too.." Paintbrush pouted, teasingly.

"Luna is our first priority, over everything." Lightbulb said as she took Luna from Paintbrush's arms and put her back in her crib as the baby fell asleep.

Painty raised their eyebrow seductively looking at Lightbulb. "but?.." they said.

Lightbulb walked back to the bed and pushed Paintbrush to lay down, then sat on Painty's waist.

"But, I'll always remember to give you attention too, mi amor." Lightbulb said as they kissed Paintbrush softly. 

Painty chuckled, "You better" They said with a smirk, then kissed Lightbulb back.
