I am sad today.
They said, so what?
We are sad too.
When I asked how,
They exclaimed,
Look at those hearts?
We once wanted them.
Well I said,
Look at that one there,
Yeah, little more to the right?
Well I literary prayed for it.
I am happy.
They said, so what?
We are happy too.
When I asked how,
They said. Look at those shops?
We had enough to fill our stomach.
Well I said,
Look at that food you throw there,
I ate that after a year.
Nevertheless, I am angry.
They said, so what?
We are angry too.
When I asked how,
They said,
Do you see that place there?
They once called us poor.
Well I said,
Look at people like you,
That’s exactly how you make me do.
And they smiled away and ran,
Nevertheless, the war hasn't yet sunk,
Until I make them know, my living is a worth,
And preach them about their,
I won’t keep apace and loud,
I won’t stay still and howl.
Let them know
I am sad today,
Let them know,
That I have survived their sarcasm all these years,
And let them know,
For better or worse,
I be more alive than any of you one day,
And that day,
I curse you,
You see it with your cruel yeux.
