I watched Clarisse awkwardly step into the shadows, and couldn't help but laugh. She shouldn't have done that. She should've gone with the boiling water. But... Oh well. That's her mistake. And now Tartarus can play his game.

What wasn't so amusing, however, was when Nico collapsed.

"Will? Take him to the infirmary immediately. He needs to be treated."

He came forward through the crowd, pushing through all the people standing in his way. When he got to me he gasped and said, as commanding as possible,

"Move."

We all moved out the way, as he assigned some of his siblings, namely Joanne, Clary and Simon, to carry him out on a stretcher.

Time skip - later that evening - Talking with the 'gods'

"Hello," I said, walking into the basement.

I was met with silence, except for Apollo, who was on guard duty, who replied.

"Hello Lord Percy.''

I nodded at him, then turned my attention back to the gods.

"Okay, by now you'll all know the drill. Swear allegiance, and I will spare your life."

"I'm... Thinking about it," admitted Ares.

I looked at him shocked. Then I smiled.

"Finally, someone sees sense. Anyone else have a confession?"

"I'll swear, in one condition. All members of the hunt will be spared."

No surprise, it was Artemis talking.

"Deal," I said, and Apollo opened her door.

"I, Artemis, god of the moon and hunt, swear allegiance to Perseus Achilles Jackson, and will obey his every wish. I swear this on the River Styx."

I cut her rope, and she came to stand by my shoulder.

"Anyone else joining me?"

"I will."

Two immortals had spoken, Hermes and Hestia. Not the most powerful, I'll admit, but powers power.

"I, Hestia, goddess of the hearth, swear allegiance to Perseus Achilles Jackson, and will do whatever he tells me to do. I swear this on the River Styx."

"I, Hermes, god of a lot of things, swear allegiance to Perseus Achilles Jackson, and will obey all of his commands. I swear this on the River Styx."

I nodded, told Apollo to let them out, then cut off their ropes.

Then I called Nico.

***

It wasn't long until he came down. I hoped that he had enough energy. Fingers crossed.

"Do you remember, when I told you to shadow travel all the gods to Mount Othrys?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I need you to take Zeus there."

"Okie."

I turned and looked at Zeus, grinning.

"It's time for the punishments to start. Then I march on Olympus."

Nico reached for Zeus, then disappeared, melting I to the shadows.

"Right, everyone. Last chance now. I mean it. Swear allegiance to me now, or you will fade to the void."

They all swore, apart from Hera, Aphrodite and Demeter.

"Ooh, the personal slaves refuse? Okay, you'll just have to swear to your new masters. Reyna and Nico. They'll be happy. And Hera? The giant king wants to marry you. I've given him permission to do so." (What's his name again? Please comment and tell me!)

"You didn't..."

"Yup. Goodbye now, dears."
