Jimin thought that the best way to make it up to Yoongi for the lost lunch was to bring him dinner. While was still dressed as Kumamon, he got quite useful information from Yoongi – that he could go home early today and he couldn't wait to lazy around at home, Jimin almost laughed out loud at that, but managed to hold back. He wanted to surprise Yoongi and that's why he didn't tell him he was coming over, he hadn't called back or replied to his texts all day and he was afraid that the older might be angry at him, but he thought it was better to deal with that face to face than to come up with some lame excuses over the phone.
Jimin rang the bell just out of courtesy and seconds later he used his spare key to unlock the door. When he walked inside, he could hear that the TV was on, which meant that Yoongi was in the living room and not under the shower, thank god. Jimin's cheeks always heated up whenever he thought about the day when he stormed into the bathroom and was greeted by a naked Yoongi.
Jimin quickly got rid of his sneakers, almost stumbling in the process, but he kept his balance. Once in the living room, he spotted Yoongi on the couch with slightly wet hair and a towel around his shoulders. The older looked like a tiny kitty, which had been under the rain until now and Jimin wanted nothing more than to take Yoongi home and shower him with all the love in the world, but yeah... impossible.
So he carefully approached the older and sat next to him on the couch, setting a bag with packed food on the table.
"Hyung." No response, Yoongi continued staring at the TV. "Hyung, I bought you dinner. You haven't eaten yet, right?" Yoongi was still ignoring him, so Jimin slightly nudged him in the ribs and the older almost growled in response.
Yoongi finally tore his eyes away from the tv show that he was by no means watching. He turned his head towards Jimin and almost backed away when he realized exactly how close the younger was, but he remained still. "Oh, look at that. Park Jimin finally decided to appear." He snorted, a frown appearing on his face.
"Hyung, are you angry?" Jimin asked, not really surprised by Yoongi's behavior, he had seen this coming.
"No, why should I be angry? You just ignored me during the whole day, no big deal." Yoongi wanted it to sound like it really was no big deal, but the way he said those words and the way he was now glaring at Jimin, spoke otherwise.
"Hyung, I'm really sorry! I was busy at the café and then- um, mom made me run an errand and I was about to text you or call, but I thought it was better to just visit you." Jimin smiled apologetically, not only because he was genuinely sorry, but also because he felt bad for lying to Yoongi.
"Whatever." Yoongi mumbled, as he faced the TV again, glad that Jimin was providing him an explanation, but still not very pleased with the fact that he had to wait a whole day to hear it. Damn, I missed his voice... what's wrong with me??
Jimin observed Yoongi's face and the frown was no longer there, the people on the TV were laughing loudly, but the older wasn't showing any reaction and Jimin realized that he probably wasn't even paying attention to the show, which was being broadcasted.
"Hyyyung, are you sulking right now??"
