Coming upon the portrait Pansy had told her to go to Hermione sat for what felt like hours before Draco finally showed up. Seeing him red in the face and eyes blazing she could only deduce that the meeting with his father hadn't gone well. "Let's go" was all he said before he walked past her and further down the dungeons his school robes flying behind him. Shocked at his cold demeanor she sprinted to catch up but stopped when she noticed where they were walking to.

"Draco, there is no way I am going in that room. You can forget about it. I have already had enough 'fun' from the last seven years to last me a lifetime. I do not need to add another adventure this year." She whispered loudly as they neared the door Dumbledore forbidden everyone from entering, including the teachers. Missing his arm when she reached out to grab it she fell forward and the door opened allowing her entry. "Draco. Please can we not be here, I don't want to get in trouble again this year." She pleaded.

Rolling his eyes he grabbed her arms and pulled her further in the room where a lone mirror stood in the middle of the room. Staring at it in wonder she went through her mind on what it could be when it hit her. This was the mirror Harry talked about in first year, the mirror of Erised. "H-how, when? Where did this come from? I though Dumbledore moved it out of the castle?" She asked in awe as she finally got to see the famous mirror.

"Dumbledore brought it back this year. He asked father and Sev to look at it to see if the could replicate it but they couldn't so until they can move it again it will stay here. I brought you here so you can see for yourself that what you truly desire is them and that you should go after what you want." He explained to the young witch. Smirking at her amazed face he walked further in the room until he stood in front of it, but he didn't look. Instead he turned his back to it and beckoned Hermione closer. "Come look at what you want and what you can have if you just say the word." His voice low as he persuaded her to look for herself at what she truly wanted.

Standing in front of the mirror she let her eyes go wide and her mouth drop open. There stood Severus Snape and Lucius Malfoy holding a toddler and her in the middle pregnant with another. Rubbing her stomach absent mindly she smiled at the thought of having a child with them. Tears form in her eyes and she let them fall freely but soon the image was over and there stood behind her was the headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. Gasping she turned quickly nearly falling to the ground "sir, I-we were just, we just got lost sir." Cursing her lying skills.

Smiling at the young witch and wizard he twinkled his eyes and looked behind them at the mirror. " I remember when young Harry first found this mirror. He would sit here for hours and hours staring at it. I had to remove it from its spot to keep him from going back there and I always thought it would be he to find it before you two did." Looking back at the two students he asked, " what did you see miss Granger?" Curiosity took over his face while mischief twinkled in his eyes.

Rolling her eyes at him, " nothing that concerns you sir." She huffed. Draco watching this stared wide-eyed at her while she merely smirked at the old man and he twinkled brighter. " You already know what I saw sir, and let's just leave it at that." She commented before turning to look back at the mirror wishing it were true.

"Yes well, just because I know some of it doesn't mean I don't want to know all of it so spill miss Granger. What were you three doing?" He smiled brighter at her flushed face and his grandfatherly attitude in place as he conjured three chairs gesturing them to sit. " you have my full support and that is why I let them know that as well. They're faces were quite comical if I say so myself." He said cheerfully pleases with himself.

Groaning at the man in front of her she mumbled what an impossible meddler he is. Grinning like the cat that at the canary he agreed wholeheartedly while Draco laughed lightly at the two. Fake glaring at Draco she poked his side " don't encourage him, you're supposed to be on my side." Which caused him to laugh more and the headmaster joined in.

Chuckling at the two students Dumbledore shook his head and thought 'now this is the type of friendship that should have happened years ago.' Looking at each of them for sometime he softly said, " I believe we should all go to bed soon as curfew will be in a moments and if you wish to make it to Gryffindor tower in time I suggest you hurry." Standing from his chair he lead the two outside where they walked away. " Oh and miss Granger." He called out, " you gave my full support and should you need any assistance, just know it will be given to those who ask for it." And with that he disappeared into the night.

Looking at the spot where the headmaster was, she frowned as she rolled the words around in her head. Turning back around she looked for Draco but couldn't see him in sight. 'Damn. Looks like I'm alone in the snake pit again' she mused as she walked towards the torches at the end of the corridor.

Feeling someone staring at her she ducked into an alcove and hid while her stalker walked closer to her. Crouching down as the steps came closer she leaned forward a bit and came face to face with a giant black panther. Eyes wide in shock she jumped up and screamed causing it to back slowly from her and now it's head. Confused at the strange behavior she saw a name tag around it's neck. "May I?" She asked as she reached for it. The panther nodded and stretched it's neck out for her to see what it said. ' Onyx. Property of Severus Snape and Lucius Malfoy.'

Gasping she let go of the tag and stepped back. " Shit shit shit, this is not happening. I just had a talk with Dumbledore about those two men and all of a sudden their panther shows up. Damn Dumbledore knew this would happen, meddling old goat." Glancing down at the panther who stared at her intensely she groaned. " Of course I can't just leave you here but at the same time I don't want to explain why I have you. I'm not even supposed to be down here." Pacing she mumbled, " think Mia, think. What could possibly go wrong? I mean sure you have the familiar if the two men you love but they don't know that. And they certainly won't until you decide to tell them which you won't because you're an absolute coward and are too afraid." Glancing back down at the panther she sighed as she decided to take it back to their rooms and leave it outside after knocking. Nodding she grasped the collar and clicked her tongue to indicate it to walk.

Coming out of the corridor she looked around for heir pairing but the panther lead her to left and showed her it. Nodding she knocked and told Onyx to sit and stay, which he listened and did so. Grinning at him she thought of how well they trained him. Seeing the door open she darted down the corridor and up a few stairs not stopping until she reached the tower. Reaching the entrance she gave the password and stepped in to reveal a timid Harry and livid Ron. "Hey guys, what's going on here?" She asked before Ron exploded on her.
