Chapter 8-The Note

A/N okay so I have had marching band camp for like the past 2 or 3 weeks.

Monday-Thursday..

From 9am-9pm. Eastern time.

Omfg 2 weeks ago I had it from 1pm-9pm and I was exhausted.

That's 4 extra hours. ;-;

Ugh.

But we have a lunch break and a dinner break..

Lunch is 1 hour and dinner is 2. We have to stay at camp during lunch, but we can go home during dinner, thank goodness..

Louis' POV

I was suddenly awoken by someone shaking me roughly.

"Wake up!" I heard an thick Irish accented lad yell.

"Damn it, Niall..what do you want?" I asked, my voice raspy as I sat up in bed.

"Emily's gone." He said, and I immediately got up.

"Did you check everywhere?" I asked, and he nodded quickly.

"All the other boys are up, checking the rest of the neighborhood." He said and I nodded.

"I'm checking her room for any signs of where she'd be." I said and started walking towards my door.

"Okay. I'll check downstairs. Yell if you find anything." Niall said and I nodded, heading to her room.

I got inside, looking around quickly. Her bed was made, closet doors shut, and no drawers open.

I went towards her desk, suddenly seeing a piece of paper.

It was a note.

"Niall!" I called out, and he was by my side within 30 seconds.

"What is it?" He asked, and I started reading the note out loud.

"Hello, boys. I have written this note so you don't worry about me when I'm gone. Please don't come looking for me, because I'm probably far away by now. I love each of you very, very much, and will miss all of you a lot..even though we only knew each other for a few days.."

I took a deep breath, closing my eyes for a moment.

Then, I started reading again.

"All of you were like brothers to me. You protected me, fed me, and took care of me. I just..feel like I ruined your family. I hurt all of you.. One way or another..

Goodbye. I love all of you, and will never forget the time we had.

-Emily"

I dropped the note back on the desk, closing my eyes once more.

"This is all Liam's fault.." I mumbled.

"What did he do?" Niall asked softly.

"He kissed Emily." I said, and he looked down.

"We will find her." He said and left the room.

Niall's POV

Soon, all of the boys came back.

We told them about the note, and what exactly happened between Liam and our hybrid.

Harry got kind of mad, since he didn't know about it before.

But I calmed him down, thankfully.

We all sat in silence for a while.

"I think I know where she will be." I mumbled.

"Where?" Liam asked.

"The Institute. No hybrid can walk a mile without being caught." I answered, and Zayn got up.

"Well, let's go get her!" The black-haired lad said, and ran out with the other boys.

I ran after them.

I really hope she's there..
