Zayn's POV

At the end of the movie, I noticed that Emily had fallen asleep.

Probably because I rubbed her ears..now I know, huh?

Emily is perfect. I mean, I know people shouldn't be perfect..but she is. She's beautiful, funny, playful, but most importantly she's kind.

Even if she does hiss at the boys and I sometimes.

That's fine though. She has the right to be scared when we're around.

The boys all yawned and went upstairs, and I decided to carry Emily to her own room. I quietly opened the door with my foot, carrying my kitten bridal style, tucking her into bed.

I smile and look at her for a few moments. She looked so peaceful..

I left after a bit, retreating into my bedroom. I laid down in bed, letting sleep overcome my body and mind, drifting off into sleep.

Emily's POV

I woke up in a bed. Why am I in a bed? Shouldn't I be in a cage?

I started to panic, not knowing where I was when I suddenly remember..I was adopted.

The clock by my new bed said it was 2:07 am..great. And I couldn't sleep.

I tried sleeping until about 2:30 am, and then stopped, giving up. I got out of bed, quietly walking out and into one of the rooms.

I hadn't recognized who's room was who's again, but I didn't care. Any of the boys would be great right now..

I was almost hoping for Louis or Zayn, but realized I walked into Liam's room.

I didn't care, though. I slowly laid on the end of his bed, hoping not to wake him as I closed my eyes.

I felt Liam moving a bit. "Kitten..?" He asked, knowing I was there. "C'mon..up here." He said, and I obeyed, going up to where he was on the bed.

He let me get under the covers, and my back faced him as he pulled me close to his chest, his strong, protective arms around my waist.

I smiled and closed my eyes, actually falling asleep instantly.

Liam's POV

All I remembered was Emily coming into my room. I was a bit tired, but woke up when she came in. I didn't speak at first, assuming she would leave to go to Louis or Zayn, but she didn't.

She laid down at the end of my bed, but I told her to come up, and she did. I wrapped my arms protectively around her waist, hoping not to hurt her.

She actually fell asleep, or at least I think she did. Her breathing was now steady and quiet, and I smiled.

We laid their peacefully until about 4:00 am, and the morning sun started to pour into the room. I could see her face, and stared for a bit.
