I wanted us forever, you and me
It was impossible to picture me without you.
I was so mad in love with you, wished you had realized that
Everything I did for you was because I cared for you, I mean that's what you do when you care for someone right? You sacrifice.
Its's hard to picture me and you together,
you don't see love the way I do.My eyes focus on the little things about you,
everything from the color to your hair, to the birthmark on your foot.
I can remember the first date, that memory never fades away. Your outfit: one piece jumper with jeans and Sperry's. My outfit: a button down long sleeve with shorts and Converse. I don't remember everything that happened but I remember the way you acted. So nervous and timid like a child on the first day of school. However, nothing ever could compare to your voice and the sarcastic way you would talk to me.
Most people would call it 'weird' or 'unnatural' but I was so in love with you that I put it all aside. You had this look on your face that captured my whole attention. I can't describe it one bit but what I will say it that every time you shot me that look, I could not help but smiling. At the movies sitting on that bench was the first time I ever saw it. From that moment on, your complexion will stain my memory forever. For the first date, the movies was not a bad idea. I love saving ticket stubs plus you were worth the eight dollars it took to get into the movie. 'How The Grinch Stole Christmas', the animated movie that you so dearly wanted to go watch was the preview I wont forget either. It was the middle of March so the movie wouldn't be out until December, but you never did go and watch it with me.
Honey Mustard: you dipped your waffles in that and I found it utterly disgusting.
It is so crazy how you are obsessed with honey mustard, almost like the same obsession I had for you. Walking all the way from the mall to IHOP didn't seem convenient ,yet we did it anyway because we liked one another. It's kind of ironic now that I think about it because that mall parking lot it where we shared so many memories, especially our breakup.Remember the time we waited for your mom, your hips wouldn't stop moving; dancing to that old Justin Bieber song.
The way your body moved put me in a trance, like I was on some type of drug.
The International House of Pancakes is when we connected, where we fell in love, and the begging of us.
