Lucius
"And what of the girl? What did you seem to learn about her?" I asked looking through the reports. So far only one of my men has to die and that was something I could do in under a minute.
Ace stepped forward. He accompanied her side for five months now so he should have a lot more knowledge of her. "She isn't too loquacious and doesn't seem to have many friends. But, I would watch her, she is very smart and picks up things you think she wouldn't. Other than that she is still mute, lacks in responses when talking to her, and she's a mystery. After being by her side for three months this is all I seemed to find out about her. She doesn't seem to post any threats to herself or others and she stays in her room mostly with the door locked. What she's doing I am unable to say." He reported - clearly finding an interest in her - yet looking dull.
Misha was standing in the corner seemingly in thought. He didn't disobey anything he was ordered but it was still good to keep an eye on him especially when he decided to get intoxicated at random nights. "She seems to isolate herself from us too. She comes out to eat or get a drink other than that you can't catch her out and roaming." I took in the information and excused them. She is a strange one indeed. But just so people don't suspect too much I'm sending her back to work starting tomorrow.
"Send a maid to accompany her. She needs to act as normal as possible. When I send her back to work I can't have her acting like an unresponsive corpse," And with that, I sent them away digging back into the files.
Azami
I stared back at the maid confused as to why she was here in my room. I didn't speak a word and neither did she. Was she just here to stare at me like a creeper? Well, that's what I thought until she broke the silence by asking just the usual questions. Of course, I didn't answer her, just why would I? I didn't want to cause more issues to arise. Last time I felt gusty I almost had my brains blow out while I was bound to a tree outside. Besides, being quiet had its advantages and because I was always a quiet child it wasn't hard to stay silent. She kept probing trying to get any reaction from me yet all I gave her was a non-interested stare.
She seemed to get irritated more which each question. I actually found this amusing. She was just ass crazy as these men in here. Constantly asking, trying to probe things out of you and when they didn't get it they forced it out of you. But from the looks of it, she had other intentions. One of them I could tell was to harm and possibly murder me. "Just answer the fucking question, you bitch!" She slapped me right across the face making my neck jerk at the impact.
She felt powerful knowing what she did but she didn't know the importance of staying in her place. I stood up and punched her right in the throat. She gasped frantically while coughing. I used this opportunity to grab her by the ponytail and drag her out the room and slam the door in her panicked face. I wanted to go home and lay down in my soft bed after a Long day of working and talking to Jasmine for hours. I would do anything to go back to the way my life was. Actually, I shouldn't say that... who knows what they'll make me do.
"I see you put up fights," He seemed amused "Follow me," The threatening in his voice made me follow him. Although I heard some gurgling almost as if someone was choking on water. Well, that's what I would like to think but I saw a man coughing on his own blood downstairs has he was being pierced through with each stab. The sight was gruesome making my skin crawl and I found myself walking faster. Without realizing it I was in front of him until a tug of the shirt pulled me back making me stumble.
"She's still mute huh? What will she be when she's under me?" He chuckled
"Misha, go finish your job," He snarled.
"Yeah, but here's the issue I went overboard and he passed out from too much blood loss. But he's not dead yet so I don't really consider it an issue," Misha laughed "besides isn't Ace talking the little lady out today? Although I should warning him tonight is another storm. I think I'll go do that... see you around, girl," He tipped his imaginary hat and strolled past us.
The information of being Taken somewhere else caught my attention right away. And I ended up pondering on where I would be going and even if I would be alive when I went. We continue our trip until we reach his office. Or was a meeting room? I didn't really know judging by the single desk with the cabinets behind it along with the huge rug with a wolf on it- it covered the whole floor. It was almost like the room the president stays in except this man was no president - a criminal of some sort. He seated him in the chair while I stood up to face him. Silence rained heavy on us for a while before he parted his lips. "Stay here," His voice darkened while his eyes bled into mine wanting me to do something to show I would obey. And so I nodded and went to the curtains and opened them to see a huge and beautiful backyard. I heard the door shut behind me so I released the tension from my body not fully relaxed but not fully on alert either. It's been months since I felt the warmth of the sun so for once I was enjoying the heat.
Misha
The ripped the door opened frightening the woman that welcomed the sun on her skin. Ace stood by the window next to her seemingly knowing Icelandic's true personality and intentions. The air turned thick and I was almost tense, something wasn't right. Something was definitely wrong. He sat back in the chair with his hands clasped together watching a grinning yellow-teeth man walking into his territory. "Where the fuck is my money?" He said with no facial expression nor emotion in his voice. His face remained serious and not even twitching with any insight of emotion just his eyes, nose, and mouth. No shine of happiness, sadness, or even anger in his eyes. No scrunch in the nose to show distaste. No smile, smirk, or frown showed anywhere near him, ever.
"Lucius, I have your money and drugs but I am in need something," the leader of this... mob that Lucius decided to get a little extra 'help' from, dared to say such a thing to a man like Lucius who'd kill you from the inside and through each blood vessel until he makes his way outside where he tears you apart, limb from limb. He remained emotionless staring at the bastard who wouldn't supply him his money - he could care less about the drugs- because he wants something for exchange when he had already given him the price he said he wanted. Lucius lifted his right arm up and put his two together and with a small movement of pushing them forward, three bodyguards grabbed the man who was idiotic to believe of such a negotiation. The guards that now came from behind him put him in a restraint that only needed the order from their boss for his head to be disconnected from his neck. "No! No! Look I'll give you the money just give me more time!" The Chinese mob leader shouted out in such fear that it almost hurt to hear it, but to Lucius, it was a lullaby that he had on repeat playing over and over again because it was his favorite song. And that was a song no one should hear.
"Where the fuck is my money, Wu?" Lucius asked, his voice remained calm and although it hadn't posed as a threat it still had that tormenting ring and it could scare to the core.
"I have it! I swear I do, just please let me go!" He begged. The man- who is supposed to be the leader of this big mob - is actually begging to have his life. He should be fighting, but he isn't.
Suspiciously, Lucius narrows his eyes at Wu. Something is wrong, he feels it. "You do know what I do to little boys who cross me. I kill them, and with that, I kill everything they love and let them watch. I will take you apart piece by piece, emotionally to the point where instead of begging me to let you keep your life, you will be begging me to end it," Lucius says tauntingly, just letting his threat linger in the air. Wu visibly trembles in fear and a loud gulp echoed through the intense air. Lucius, on the other hand, looks deeply into the man's eyes searching for something - unloyalty, "Is there something you want to tell me, little boy? Now!" He shouts and before you know it, a gun shoots through the glass of the office leaving it to be shattered and the man is fighting the guards that were once holding him down.
Lucius immediately wasting no time ran behind the desk and reached for his watch where he yelled into it, "send in everyone, this is about to get really fucking messy." He got up not caring about the bullets that were still blasting through the air like words. One of Lucius's guards were taken down with blood pooling by his head and the mob leader was currently fighting the other guard. Lucius's wasted no time in grabbing the man by his throat and yanking him to the desk where he hit his head and bled to death from the impact causing his skull to shatter. And there he laid lifeless and soaking in his own pool of blood. With just a look he sent a signal to one of the guards and had the man's weapons wipe of him along to see if he still had a pulse.
I turned to the girl that tightened her grip on Ace's jacket there she stood no scream escaped the back of her throat but the way her chest rose showed she was terrified of him. Her gaze never left the lifeless man. This pleased me, to say the least. Lucius had sat back down in his chair signaling for Ace to take the girl away.
