Lucius
There she laid on the wooden floor of my bedroom - going back into her quiet state once more. Her mind was running wild and that's what irked me more than my own damn family. The plan of taking her somewhere had changed dramatically when I lost my temper and snatched her wrist in the bathroom. It's literally been only a day since it happened but she's been quiet ever since. Well, that was partially true. It has come to my attention that she's been talking to Ace.
"You summoned me," Speak of the man himself. His eyes rested on Azami lying on the floor like a corpse. He didn't speak on it but it went through his mind.
"Let's go in the hallway."
Their relationship with each other wasn't something I fully understood. Well, not quite yet anyway. "Azami seems to have taken quite the liking towards you. Has she told you anything that has to do with running off or trying to murder me in cold blood?" I read his body language but nothing showed me he was anxious.
He looked me straight in the eyes before speaking; "No, she's only making small talk with me nothing more nothing less. To be more detailed she often speaks to me about my tattoos. Her eyes dance with amusement anytime she sees them," He wasn't lying in the slightest.
Of all things to speak about she speaks to him about his tattoos? Not only was she back in her zombie-like state she was a fucking oddball too, great.
"Keep me posted. And if she said anything that seems off or like she's plotting something it shall be reported back to me immediately,"
He nodded and walked off with his hands in suit pockets. I went to plop back down on my bed but when I scanned the room she was gone. Immediately, I stood up getting ready to hunt for her but I heard the toilet flush so I calmed myself.
"Dinner is being prepared what would you like?" She stared at me with those dead eyes of her not making a peep.
Her eyes went back to her feet before she spoke; "Your blood," She spoke blankly
My eye twitch with annoyance "Watch it," I threatened
She got closer with the tilt of her head, eyes slanted. "Or what? I'm tired of you most of all. You're bipolar and have nothing better to do than strike fear into my heart. Find a better hobby," She was challenging me.
I smiled before drop kicking her right in her damaged ankle. She bit her lip drawing blood to stop from screaming. She mumbled incoherent words before placing a hand on the wall for support. "That was a good one, sir" She cocked her fist back before punching me square in the jaw. I stumbled sideways taken aback at her strength.
I grew angry and the vision of crimson gushing from her neck invaded my thoughts. Maybe today was the day I'll kill her fucking ass! I charged at her but she sideways stepped out of my range and kicked me into the bathroom locking it. Anger rushed through my veins making my hands balled until the knuckles turned white,
"Open the fucking door before I bust the shit down!" I punched a dent into it. I heard my keys jiggling meaning my stupid left them on the bed. "Hey! Put the fucking keys down right now or so help me I'll break your goddamn skull!" I heard the bedroom door open and then slam shut. "Fuck all this bullshit!"
Ace
Pacing back and forth seemed to help the time pass for me. A knock into the shape of a heart knocked me out of my thoughts. It was her. "Enter." Azami opened the door in newly dressed clothes. My eyes went down her thick thighs that the thigh high stocking hugged and her skirt that threatened to show her round ass. Where did she even find such clothes at?
