Yoongi:
"W-why did you do that?! You're with Jennie!" Rose yelled instantly standing up as she ran her hands through her hair.
"I didn't mean to! I mean I guess I did, but- I don't even know," I groaned as I rubbed my face from frustration.
"A-are we going to tell her?" She asked as she somewhat came down.
"Are you out of your fucken mind?! She's not going to forgive any of us! Especially she trusts us the most. There is no fucken way we're telling her. We're not even going to tell the others! Beside t-that kiss was a mistake," I said trying to convince myself of the situation.
"Y-yeah. It was," She said looking down.
"Rose, are you okay?" I asked as I looked over at her.
"Does it matter? I mean we're just trying to maintain our relationship with Jennie. My feelings don't mean anything," She said as she starts to walk away.
"Hey, hey, hey. Where is this coming from? Of course, your feelings mean something. Now, what's going on?" I asked as I grabbed her forearm for her to turn around.
"Telling you won't make any difference. You're still going to choose Jennie and I'm just going to be left with my feelings," She said as she tried to get out of my grasp, but I held on tighter.
"Rose, do you have feelings for me?" I asked and with that, she stopped struggling and everything just went quiet.
"Rose, come on answer me," I said as I tried to get her to talk.
"Okay fine! Yes! I do like you! But I know that no matter what you're going to choose Jennie over me because she has everything! She has the look, she has the lead as you do, she has the confidence. Everything!" She said as a tear rolled down her cheek as she looked up at me which kind of left a dent in my heart.
"Rose I'm sorry-" "Don't even bother. There's a reason why I never told you. Come on let's just go. The others must be worried about us," She said as she shook off my hold on her.
"I'm sorry that I can't return your feelings, but you should know that I'm not the right person for you. Trust me, Rose, you don't want a person like me as a lover," I said as we walked side by side while I look down at her.
"But Jennie does? How is that different?" She asked as she looked up at me.
"Because Jennie and I are almost like the same person. We get each other as no one else does. But I promise you, Rose, someone will come along your way. Someone a lot better than me," I said with a reassuring smile.
"Thanks, Yoongi. But promise me something," She said as she turned her attention back to the front.
"Anything," "No matter what happens, nor what the outcome will be, promise me that you'll love Jennie until the end," She said as she looked back up at me again.
"Until the very end," I said giving her a small smile as I pulled her into a hug."Where the hell did you guys go?!" Namjoon yelled once he saw Rose and I walk through the front door.
"I went looking for him," Rose said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"And where exactly did you run off to?" Jin asked as he stood next to Namjoon.
"Just had to get some fresh air and clear my head," I said as I walked away from everyone and into one of the empty rooms since I know that Jennie wouldn't wanna share a room with me right now.
I laid in bed and thought back to an hour ago. The kiss that Rose and I shared was something different that I've never experienced before. Not even with Jennie. I have to admit that it felt nice, but it was also wrong. I can't do that to Jennie, especially with her best friend and one of her members. It wouldn't be fair so either of them actually. I just hope that everything will go back to normal soon. We need to stay focus if we want to survive this thing.Jennie:
I woke up the next morning to space beside me empty. I looked around and realized that I slept alone last night.
Yes, I may be mad at Yoongi, but I would have thought that he would have at least try to sleep in the same room as me. I guess he's just giving me some space.
I slowly got out of bed and went to get ready for the day.
Once I walked out of the room, I instantly smelt something amazing from the kitchen and a lot of talking and laughter.
I walked down the stairs and saw everyone crowding in the living room and kitchen.
"Ya! Watch out!"
"Pass me the bacon!"
"Save me some of that!"
"Don't hog the pancakes you pig!"
"Can someone pass me the eggs?"
"Lisa watch out!"
"Jin can we get more turkey bacon?"
"There isn't any more waffles!"
"Who took the last toaster strudel?!"
I let out a chuckle seeing everyone arguing over the minimum amount of food that was placed in front of them.
"Oh! The princess has arrived!" I heard Himchan say, making everyone quiet down and turn to where I was standing.
"What?" I asked as I saw them looking at me with a shocked look. "Nothing we just thought that you would be spending the day in your room, resting," Jin spoke up.
"There's no need for that, I'm feeling a bit better," I said as I walked over to where V and Kook were.
"Are you sure?" Jin asked as he made his way towards me and set a plate in front of me.
"Yeah I'm feeling fine," I said as I took a piece of bacon off the plate and bit it.
"Okay, but since you're still healing, you're not training today," Kris said as he stood in front of me with Alex by his side.
"Are you serious?! Then what the hell am I going to do until I'm fully healed?!" I yelled as I sat back in my seat while still nibbling on the bacon.
"We'll keep you company!" The girls said as they jumped out of excitement.
"Oh! We can go site seeing, see a movie, go to the arcade, oh! We can go shopping!" Lisa said as she hugged my arm, making me laugh.
"No," We heard.
We all turned around and saw Yoongi standing in the kitchen doorway.
"Come on she's going to need some company," Lisa argued.
"And you girls need to train. Look we can't afford to mess this shit up. Taking down Kingdom is our ticket out of this shit hole that we created together and it's going to take every single one of you perfecting your skills," Yoongi said with a stern voice.
"Then who's going to keep Jennie company?" Jisoo asked.
"I will," He said.
"No, I think I would rather have-" "You said it yourself. They need all the practice they can get. All of them," He said giving me a hard look.
I returned the look before turning my attention back to the food sitting in front of me.
"Oookay, I think we should all get going. It's the first day of training and we're going to need all the training we can get. Let's get going!" Namjoon said as he got up from his seat, making everyone groan and complain.
Once I was alone in the kitchen with Yoongi, I didn't say anything, nor did I want to say anything.
"Can we please-" "I'll be in my room if you need me," I said as I got up from my seat and walked over to the sink to put my dirty dish in there and made my way out of the kitchen, only for him to catch me by my arm.
"Can you just give me a minute?" He asked as he pulled me back.
"A minute for what?! A minute to explain yourself? What is there to explain, Yoongi? You tried to kill someone who could help us, I saved him, you shot me instead, and now I'm healing. End of story. There's nothing else to it. Unless there's something else that you want to tell me," I asked as I turned around to look at him.
He gulped a bit before shaking his head, telling me that there was nothing. I could tell by his eyes that there was something that he wanted to tell me but decided not to. I wonder what it is? Whatever, I'm still pretty mad at him still.
"That's what I thought so," I said with a little scoff as I pulled away from his grip and made my way upstairs without looking back at him.Yoongi:
I watched her walk away from me without even giving me a second glance. I really did fuck up with her.
I let out a loud sigh as I run my hands through my hair and sat at the counter.
"She's still not talking to you huh?" Someone asked from behind me, catching me off guard.
I turned around to see Namjoon standing in the entryway of the kitchen.
"Y-yeah. I just don't know what to do," I said as I turned back around.
"Well, maybe the reason why she isn't talking to you is that she knows you kissed one of her best friends," He suddenly said which made my eyes instantly go wide.
"How do you know that?!" I instantly asked as I quickly turned to face him again.
"You should have known that I would have come looking for you once you ran out of the house after she told you to leave the room. And knowing you for a long time, I knew you would have walked out of the house. What I didn't know was that Rose would have come and look for you too," He said as he made his way over to the counter and sat next to me.
"Look, you have to believe me when I say that kissing Rose was a huge mistake. I don't have feelings for her, I have feelings for Jennie. I was just pissed that she wouldn't talk to me and Rose was just there and things just... went down," I said as I look down at my hands not having the nerves to look at him."Yoongi, that's still no excuse for you to kiss her. I mean, how would you feel if it was me and Jennie kissing? I know you wouldn't like just the thought of it. Imagine if Jennie found out," He said as he looked at my side profile.
"No, she can't find out! There is no way she can find out about that kiss. It'll ruin her relationship with Rose and I might lose her. I can't let that happen. Not again. I lost her once and I'm not going to lose her a second time. Namjoon, please don't tell her," I pleaded as I looked back at him, desperate written all of my exteriors.
"I don't know Yoongi, I don't want to be tied up in-" "You already are! You saw the two of us kissing and you had the chance to tell her, but you didn't. You know that telling her would hurt her. That's why you didn't bother telling her yet. I'm not asking you like your boss. I'm asking you as your friend. Your brother. Please don't tell her. Just let me find the right time to tell her. I promise you that I'll tell her," I said trying to convince him to not tell her.
"Okay fine. But I'm giving you until the end of this week to tell her. If not, I will. I don't care how much it hurts her. She needs to know," He said as he gave me a hard look and I nodded, telling him that I understood.
"Does anyone else know?" I asked a bit nervous that any of the others know about the incident.
"I don't think so. I didn't tell anyone once I got back. But I also don't know if anyone else came running after the both of you," He said as he let out a sigh.
"God, how did things turn out like this?" I asked as I ran my fingers through my hair once again.
"You should know best that life was never easy for people like us. It's just part of our lives," He said with a small sad smile. "Why don't you go take a walk and actually try to clear your head. I'll look after Jennie while you're gone," Namjoon said as he stood up from his seat.
"No, it's fine. You should really go train with the others," I said as I stood up as well.
"trust me, you need to clear your mind. Kiyosumi Teien Park was one of Suki's favorite places to go to clear her head. Besides, the last time we were all in Japan, she told me that she left you a little note for you there," He said with another small smile.
"What? The last time we were all there was for her funeral. There's no way," I said trying to figure out what he's trying to say.
"I meant the last time we were all here with her. That was about four years ago," He explained.
"But if it was four years ago, it could be long gone," I said.
"Not if she hid it in that pagoda lantern statue that's sitting right next to the lake. She told me that she took you there for a date. I think that was also the same date that you guys stayed out all night," He said with the same small smile. "Go. I know there could be a lot of answers that can be answered there. It could also finally give you some closure to what was going on with you guys during that time," He finished off.
"Thanks, Namjoon. I really owe you for this," I said as I gave him a pat on the back before I walked out the front door.
I'm coming for you Aya...
