Chapter 13: Start of Something New

This is my second story of the week. Yay I did it :) It is a little early, technically it's not my birthday. However, it wasn't saving and I needed to get it out there.

Clary's POV

Finally, we pull away from the kiss. It was the most amazing kiss I have ever had. Slowly I open my eyes again and see Alec smiling at me. "I'm so glad you are ok. I thought I lost you."

He pulls me into a hug and I respond almost immediately by wrapping my arms around his waist. "You're not going to get rid of me that easily." I replied with a smirk on my face. 

"No I won't." He kissed me again. "And I don't think I want to." I smiled into the kiss. We kissed until we hear a throat clear behind us. Izzy was still there. We stared at each other for a long time, not knowing what to do. Izzy's grossed look turned into an excited one. 

She ran up and hugged us so tightly I thought I was going to pop. "I knew it, I knew it, I knew it, I knew it." She stopped hugging us, thank god, and looked at Alec with a strict face. "You take care of her. If you hurt her, I will kill you myself." She look at me and smiled before walking down the hall and disappearing around the corner. 

"She was right about something." Alec said braking the silence.

"Oh yea. What would that be?" I said.

He wrapped his arms around my waist, and I put mine around his neck. "If I do ever hurt you, which I am not plaining on, I give her full permission to kill me." He bent down and started kissing me. The kiss became extremely passionate very fast. Suddenly Alec broke the kiss. I whined at the sudden loss of contact. "There is someone that I think really missed you." 

He pulled me into the room and into the baby's room. There lay our daughter. When she saw me she immediately smiled. "Hi Sweetheart." I said picking her up. 

She then did something that I would never have expected. "Momma." My eyes started to overflow with tears. I turned to look at Alec. He was smiling uncontrollably. He stood behind me with his hands on my hips. I couldn't help but think that this was what it was supposed to be. Just the three of us... There was a sudden ringing in my ears. I slowly put Olivia back in her crib and walk into Alec and my room. He grabbed my arm to stop me. Then grabbed the sides of my face. 

"Are you ok?" He asked. He sounded distant. Almost as if he wasn't even there. 

Slowly the ringing went away. I was only left with a splitting head ache. "Yea. I'm fine. Just a head ache." I laid on the bed and tried to get some sleep. Maybe this head ache will be gone by morning. 

Sebastian's POV

"Isn't this a little cruel?" A worthless person said next to me. 

"Not at all." I said, my eyes never leaving Clary's body laying there. 

"But, she thinks she back at home in the arms of the guy she loves. What are we going to do? This is her perfect fantasy, But it's not even real." 

"Exactly. When she wakes up she will be so broken that not even Lightwood can save her. She will have no choice but to help me."

Alec's POV

Don't worry Clary. We'll find you. Where ever you are.
