Shit is starting uo again

Im started to go back to my old self

Execpt worse

I fucking punched a whole in my wall yesterday. 

I broke a glass bowl....then cut my thye with it

I think i might be overdosing again 

I keep taking sleeping pills and cough medicine 

Because i cant feel my emotions with the cough medicine or the headache pills
