"Insanity is often the logic of an accurate mind overtasked"

I laugh at the words - kind, sweet and caring

I question, do we do justice to those words.

I think we do not, but it sure gives a thorough airing

What an illusion we've created for ourselves in order to be the "perfect " one.

Pondering on this though I realize as a wicked smile spreads across my face

Oh dear, it was just a mask we putting at a pace.

I will have to be careful, I have to keep mine locked

A Mask that others will not accept, a mask that no one should find out about.

It is resurfacing again, is it good or is it bad

"Insanity is often a shield, door, abstract thoughts, gateway, privilege, and a weapon"

Every day feels like a fluid dream of sculpting

I'm always the actor, heroic and altruistic.

But isn't that delusional and always in the process of perfecting

How a  mask was not a mask but a part of me in hiding.

It stole my mind like a thief, adding dangerous new ideas

The roots of a mask that run deep within, cascading out for control.

What is insane, now I wonder

clarity, vision, insanity, and delusion is what I ponder.

I think I'll let it be In control

And see the art of destruction unfold.

Because it's a fine line between chaos and dream

A fine line between insanity and creativity slowly merging as one

Its when I realized insanity is my perfect redemption

It's the only thing keeping me sane.
