"Love is beautiful, A beautiful deception. One falls in it To deceive the other" — Amit Abraham
Words are so convincing
Yet so deceiving
A Mask caked with innocence
Almost a perfect illusion
The reality peaks through once a while
Only to keep me in a constant cycle of thought
Your actions pushing me back and forth
My mind; Like a ragged doll
With such innocence and love
That it goes unseen
You say you speak your mind
Yet I see you hiding behind
These masks you've carved so beautifully over the years
Maybe For capturing minds like mine
Constantly try to decipher yours
While I didn't realize mine was being toyed
woven dreams and hopes, so delicate
only to be broken into many pieces
Craving your warmth while untangling your mind
Hiding the scars it leaves behind
Didn't realize, I was burning myself all along
''All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near''
