Village

It has been a few days, the villagers have happily welcomed me. And they've decided to help me build a home by Lance! Just so I can take care of them. Which means, once those other flowers bloom, I'll get to name them again, and just so I remember, I'll put little signs with their names on them. I think I already know what I'm going to name the others once they bloom.

We were using stones, and some kind of really sticky material that dries into a solid to keep the stones together. I struggled to help them, seeing as I only had one leg, but when I had a hard time doing something, they helped me out. Once we finished the walls we moved on to flooring, first we placed down stones into the dirt, then we slapped on some of that good stuff and put some wooden boards on top. Then we had to add a wall or two, my house is mostly open, but of course, I'd like to have a bathroom in my house. We built those walls and then put in the windows and doors. The doors were cute, the weren't one wooden board, they were little sticks stuff together, surprisingly without any holes in it. Then we started being in appliances. Like cabinets, and a stove/oven, and stuff like that. They even built me a well, so I could have my own water and so I can water the flowers.

Once we had finally finished, it had been about a week of us working on the house. They had a gift for me.

"Oh, no. You've given me enough already, what more could I need?" I asked. They looked to each other, then pulled out something. My eyes widen in shock and amazement.

They made me a new leg.

"As we worked we also studied your leg so we could make you another! Do- Do you like it?" Maribeth asked. I had tears of joy well up in my eyes, I let out a laugh.

"I love it!" I said, they were relieved. Once we finished my hug. They helped me attach it to my leg. I stepped around with it on and smiled brightly.

"It's perfect. Thank you guys so much" I said. They smiled back.

"Okay, okay, it's getting dark. We should all rest" Huston suggested. We said our goodbyes as I left into my new home, sleeping on my comfy bed.

This was almost perfect. Almost....

I woke up. Yawning, I looked around my house happily. I got up, bathing and changing my clothing. I went out to the well, seeing the sun hasn't risen yet. I went over to the flower, seeing the seedlings that are coming out. This made me excited I watered them, then sat with them.

"I bet this sun rise is going to be beautiful. My house is finally finished, it turned out splendidly. I'm hoping to get you more friends, Lance. And I know just what to name the little seedlings. Luckily, I brought my signs with me" I said, counting the seedlings, making sure all of the seeds have become seedlings. I smiled.

"Yep, all seven of you are here, isn't that so exciting? Welcome to this new beautiful world you guys. Now, I should name you" I said, trying to pull names from my mind.

"Uh... Oh! How about... You, you're Hunk. Katie? One of you are Katie... You look like a Katie. Now... Oh! I found our little Coran! And then there's.... Allura, you look like Allura. Takashi, I found you. Um... Romelle, you are by Hunk over here! Hmm... I know this is a strange name, but you'll be Cosmo! And last but not lest.... Krolia!" I said, giving them each a sign. I smiled brightly. They grow more, having little buds now. This made me happy and proud.

I looked up, the sun was raising, it looked beautiful, when to sunlight hit Lance, sparkles came out, surrounding me. But, I wasn't frightened, more amazed really.

"We'll miss you while you are passed. Our former red paladin, our former black paladin, our friend. I'll make sure the lions are cleaned and loved on behalf of your leaving. I hope to see you again one day, maybe on the other side. Goodbye, my friend"

"I'm sorry for things I've done and said. I hope that you lived a happy life, I hope that I helped in some way. Anyway even. You were the most amazing brother I could ever ask for, even if I've never had siblings. I love you, and I'll miss you. I hope you find happiness where you are. Goodbye, brother"

"I don't really know what to say to you here. I never thought this would happen... Well, of course I thought you would die, all of us were going to at one point. But, this way? This early? That's something I never thought would happen to any of us. You were awesome, honestly. I guess this is goodbye..."

"Hello former red and black paladin, it's your friend, - - - - -, I'm here to say my goodbyes I suppose. I want you to remember that the other Paladins will be perfectly safe with me. We will try to visit you when we can. I hope to see you again one day.... We will miss you. Especially - - - - -... He'll miss you the most. But, for now, goodbye"

"Um... Hey? Buddy? Yeah, this is awkward. I just... Don't even know if this is real. I've never lost anyone before. And we were so close. All of us were. And to have one of us-.... Once we get back to Earth, I promise I'll make your favorite meal. We'll remember you, you were awesome dude, you trained every single day and that's awesome! I wish we could have hung out more. Goodbye"

"Hello... It's me... Your mother.... I'm sorry I left you alone with your father. I'm sorry you got brought into this war... I'm glad you found happiness in it. I'm glad you made friends, found love... I'll see you and your father on the other side one day, I promise. I'll take care of Cosmo, Romelle, and your team. We'll defeat the galra empire, I promise you. We will win. I love you my son. This is my goodbye to you, for the last time... I love you so much more than you could ever imagine. Goodbye now"

"Hey - - - - -... I know you don't want to hear form me, that this is all my fault. But, I just want you to listen for a while. I'm sorry I didn't listen to you, I should have, maybe then we wouldn't be in this mess, maybe then you wouldn't be-... I do love you, and I was hoping so badly you'd get out, I imagined what would happen after you got out. I wanted to have that wedding. I bet - - - - and - - - - - would have forced it to be purple. I imagined how amazing you'd look on that day. You seemed so happy. I know you must been some place even better, no wars around you, no stupid people like me... I love you so much, and I'll miss you even more. I'm running out of time to talk with you, we have to go soon but... If you somehow, though I doubt this would happen, if you survived and you hear these messages, I swear we'll come back and I will marry you right then and there. I opened my eyes, blinking a few times, I wiped the tears from my face.

"Lance" I whispered in shook. I know who it is now. I have to make him something. And I know just what it should be. I smiled to my flowers.

"Thank you" I said. I kissed a petal on Lance, kissing each of the buds, the bloomed after, dropping more seeds. I planted those seeds I little farther away. These flowers are my friends and family. These seeds with be the people I can remember I've met throwout my life, and then another part for the villagers.

I went back to my home to work on the gift for them, all of them.
