My eyes fluttered open at the thought of me and Q sleeping until 12 AM. I grabbed my phone to see it wasn't midnight, but it was too late to be sleeping that's for sure. I would be up all night. Q, on the other hand, could sleep all day if I let him.
It was 10:24 PM.
My phone had multiple messages from my family but none from Mama. I wasn't really trying to hear from anyone at the moment.
I got up to take me a long shower after turning my R&B Playlist on. The bathroom was beautiful in other news.

So Gone by Monica blared through my large speaker. Classic after classic. After about six songs, I finally realize how long I was in there. I peaked out the shower curtain when I heard the toilet flush. It was Q.
"Hey, you okay?" I asked grabbing my towel.
"Mhmm!" He said walking out.
I quickly got dressed in something more relaxed and comfy. I looked at myself in the mirror, then began to check my Instagram.
I had just noticed I hit 194k followers this morning. I don't know what the fuck I did to do that but okay. I've been gaining at least five thousand a day since I activated my account again. It's crazy!
"Q, why don't you get a shower? I'm gonna run out and talk to my Mom and I'll bring you back something to eat if you're hungry." I told him.
"Okay!" He mumbled watching Netflix on my Apple Laptop.
I grabbed my purse, phone and car keys.
"Listen! I'll be back. Don't leave this room for anything unless you call me. Here's my backup phone. You know my number. See you in a bit, okay?"
"Okay!" He said.
"Go shower before you forget."
"I will."
"Love you!" I said kissed his cheek.
"Maaaaa." He whined.
"Boy, you better stop acting like you ain't my baby. I'mma always baby you." I said as he laughed. He held his arms out. "Yeah, mhmm! That's what I thought."
He hugged me back.
"Okay! I'm leaving for real now. Call me if you need me."
"Okay!"
I headed down the hallway and into the elevator where I found a nice little mirror. It was kind of dirty, but I took me a quick little selfie to post on my story.
