Chapter 8

2 Years have passed since that day and i have grown a lot in my loyalties and skills. I was unfortunately there to witness the end of Cybertron, the end of my home. I also witnessed us going to a small planet called earth… We now circle the earth in search for Optimus and his team as well as energon… Unfortunately losing Cybertron also lost us my father, he went missing during battle and no search teams have found him… Starscream took control of the ship after he found out, even though i am Megatron’s true heir the crew doesn’t trust nor do they want to follow me… “Lilac there has been an energon signal go find it!” I glared at Starscream as he commanded me with such glee and happiness “Starscream we can't just rush to find it… we need to blend in with the rest of the planet so we aren't attacked!” i glared back at him as he aimed a missile at me. “You will listen to me!! Megatron is dead and you are all alone just like the sparkling we took years ago! Now go find the energon signal!” i lowered my head and left the command center walking slowly, that was until Soundwave stopped me with his cassettes. “What is it Soundwave?” He didn’t answer me like normal because he was mute but instead have a recording of a familiar voice. “Give this to Lilac when she needs it most… i have no doubt it will lift her spirits and help her deal with Starscream who will no doubt take my throne.” He handed me a datapad then left leaving me to wonder what it said… i went to my quarters before leaving and set the datapad on my desk. When i got down to earth i saw a speeding car zoom by and i scanned it as my vehicle mode to keep a low profile, i don't care what Starscream says i am not gonna blow our cover. I followed the signal to a human dig site where i saw an Autobot… “Hold it Autobot!!” i transformed and held my gun to their head as they slowly turned around and their smirk caught me off guard. “Nice to see ya Decepticon… Why are you here?” i growled and powered up my guns thinking of my training and how i failed it the moment i didn't blast the Autobot sky high… “Looking into the energon signal, same as you…” He didn't stop smirking and suddenly shot my one sensitive spot, my wings. I fell back holding my wings as energon leaked from them at a steady pace when he used his peds to hold me down. “I’m Smokescreen by the way…” The next thing i knew everything went dark and i was restrained to a berth. When i woke up i was in a base on a medical berth looking at at least five visible Autobots. “Let me go!! Do you know who i am?!! Let me go!!!” All five looked at me and i saw that three of them were my old friends. Arcee, Bumblebee, and Bulkhead were all staring at me as i struggled to get free, Bumblebee buzzed something to the rest of the team and they all glared at me. “You're the one responsible for crushing Bumblebee’s voice box!!? I’ll turn you to scrap!!” Arcee aimed her guns at me and i just glared at her, i can't believe i considered these bots as my friends once… “I believe you mean Thank you for saving our scouts life… Ya i am the one who crushed his voice box but Megatron was going to kill him i saved my friends life!” i realized what i said instantly and regretted it. They looked at me like i was crazy and it made me even madder. “What do you mean your friend? Bumblebee wouldn't be friends with a Decepticon!” i growled and lost my temper trying to escape even more. “You really don't remember me at all do you?!” They gave me a crazy look again and Arcee glared at me. “Who are you Decepticon?!!” glaring i relaxed with a smirk. “What don’t recognize me? Who would recognize a nine year old sparkling who watched her friends be taken away and leave her to the Decepticons?! By the way… my name is Lilac… As in the weak sparkling who stayed in the orphanage!!” i struggled against my restraints until they were suddenly released and my friends just stared at me with shock and confusion. “You… were left to the Decepticons…?” i looked at Arcee and dusted myself off growling and that's when i realized they disabled my weapons, and my communications. “Why didn't you tell Bumblebee 2 years ago when he was captured?!” Standing my ground and crossed my arms and glared at them. “I couldn't leave my father alone… not after what the Primes did to him! I grew loyal to the Decepticons and even more so when my father adopted me…” Suddenly Smokescreen walked over in front of a tall red and blue mech. “Hi con... enjoying your stay?” “Son don’t be rude… Lilac is a long lost friend of your comrades. Hi Lilac, I am Optimus Prime leader of the Autobots…” i turned around and glared at the mech as he walked in hatred and anger coursing through my body, feeling my temper start to explode i let out my anger from the past 2 years. “IT'S YOUR FAULT!!! YOU’RE THE REASON THAT THE WAR STARTED!! YOU AND THE PRIMES!!! MY FATHER WOULDN'T BE DEAD TODAY IF IT WASN'T FOR THE PRIMES TAKING AWAY HIS BROTHER!!!” Tears streamed down my faceplates but i didn't care my father the only person who had cared for me was dead because of this stupid war and this war started because the Prime council took away Orion Pax, Megatronus’ best friend and brother. “I am afraid i don't quite understand, who is your father?” I looked at the mech and glared at him because he had a confused look on his face. “My father is leader of the Decepticons, Megatron. He died on the last battle of Cybertron before it went dark…” Gasps came from everyone in the room except Optimus Prime who just stared at me thinking. “Who was his brother? Maybe we can get him back and end this war…” I crossed my arms angrily, the tears for my father spent. What made me angrier is that no one cared that he was dead the only person who i loved who cared for me was dead and it was their fault. “Orion Pax… The Cybertronian librarian Orion Pax… He had to watch his best friend, his brother be taken away and transformed into a completely different bot. It hurt him and he felt like the Prime council failed him and us…” Optimus Prime got a shocked look on his face as i explained. My only goal in my life now is to continue my father's legacy and destroy the Prime and all Autobots. I suddenly got an idea and ran out of their base transforming and driving as fast as i could. “Stop her!!” i looked in my mirror behind me to see Bumblebee and Arcee chasing after me but i drove faster finally seeing the free world. “Lilac stop!! Why would you go back to the Decepticons?! Your father is dead and they never did anything for you!!!” i growled drove faster and got my communications back. “Megatron is the only one who cared for me!! You guys never cared!! I am a Decepticon and no one will change that!!” I continued driving until a groundbridge opened in front of me and out came Soundwave, i have never been so happy to see the mute bot. “Get your scrap over here!!” The recording was of Starscream yelling at Knockout and i didnt think twice of what i wanted, i drove through the portal into the command center. “Where have you been Lilac?!!” i transformed glaring at Starscream as he yelled at me. “Tracking your energon signal “commander” Starscream… where else?” He growled at me, he never liked being called commander especially now since Megatron was gone. “It is lord to you!!! I’ll have you know i just personally terminated the Autobot Cliffjumper minutes before you arrived!!” i rolled my optics crossing my arms. “Careful Starscream you might dislocate a landing gear patting yourself on the back.” “Hey that's my line!!” i turned around to face Knockout as he walked in arms crossed, just because he us my sire  doesn't mean he is my father. “Sorry Knockout, I found it appropriate considering how much power he gives himself.” I suddenly turned around and shot the missile Starscream launched at me. Ugh years of me dodging his attacks and he still hasn't learned… “You forget Starscream, i was trained under Megatron himself… i am a force you want to stay away from.” He glared at me and growled loudly stomping towards me but i kept my ground. “It is Lord!!!” i rolled my optics having enough of this and walks out of the room to my quarters. When i got there i collapsed on the berth tears falling as memories of my father swirled in my head, that's when i remembered i have a datapad from my father and grabbed it off my desk. “My dear daughter, if you are reading this then i have fallen in a battle for Cybertron. I am sorry that Starscream took over the Nemesis, it isnt to hard to figure out what he did after i left… Put up with him for as long as you can then try to overthrow him… You asked me a long time ago if i was proud of you, i have been proud of you since i saw you training. I couldn't be prouder of you my dear Lilac, i know that you will try to live up to my legacy, i cant ask for a better heir." -Megatron
