Chapter 11

Megatron walked out of the soundproof cell with energon all over his sword and servos. “Father, Soundwave wishes to report to you about the last three years… He is waiting in the command center…” He smiled at me and started to walk away before turning back around to look at me. “Lilac tell Knockout there is a cell in need of clean up… cell two…” i smiled and walked towards the medbay a skip in my step, who knew my father would return and be proud of me… “Knockout cell two needs a good wash… i’d hurry up if i was you, Megatron won't be pleased to see you slacking off like a sparkling.” Knockout turned to me and rolled his optics heading to the cell while i went to my quarters to get some rest… i refused to sleep this week until the prime was dead now i can sleep. When i woke up i saw my father sitting at my desk reading my datapads i wrote while he was gone. “Father which day are reading?” He turned around still reading the datapad a tear in his eye. “You believed you were not worthy of my throne? Why?” i lowered my head remembering that day and the pain i felt when looking at his throne. “The pain of losing you was still fresh and… sitting in your throne didn't seem… loyal at the time, and when i did start sitting in it i felt like it was treason to you.” Megatron walked over to my berth and sat next to me smiling proudly. “I wouldn't have left my throne to you if i didn't see it fit. Though i must admit Soundwave was another candidate…” I smiled thinking of how supportive Soundwave was when i took over. I think i was smiling too much because my father gave a curious mischievous look. “I also read Soundwave was very… supportive of your overthrow… He seems to be more comfortable around you… i wonder why that is.” i felt my face plates heating up, no i didn't like Soundwave… did i? “Father Soundwave was just simply supporting me because he believed i was a fit leader… Besides he probably thought i’m better than Starscream.” Megatron gave me curious smile like he knew everything before i did. He then nodded slightly as if thinking of what to say then he left my quarters as the comm buzzed to life. No i don't like your telepath mute TIC, Soundwave doesn't even have feelings… i think… I sighed and laid on my berth my head swirling like a tornado with thoughts of the mute TIC. Months passed and it felt as if nothing changed, like my father was never thought to be dead. I didn't go on missions much anymore and i was getting stir crazy, to the point where i couldn't take it anymore as i walked towards the command center. At this point i didn't care i was avoiding Soundwave, i just want to go out into the field and maybe shot an Autobot or two. “My lord… may i have a word?” i walked into the command center ignoring Soundwave and nodding my head in respect to the new military overseer Dreadwing. “Ahh Lilac what is it?” He didn't look up at me from the datapad he was reading but i kept me cool and kept my respect, barely. “Sir i'm going crazy, i haven't been out into the field in months there is only so much training can do… I would like a mission, any mission even simple scouting or energon mining.” My slight tone of voice and slight disrespect got his attention and he looked up from his datapad and straight into my optics. I couldn't tell him that i was going stir crazy right now, not when he is my lord but i can if he is my father. That gave me an idea and i decides to try out the family bond between us, “Father i'm bored and really want to shoot an Autobot or two, i haven't been outside in months and i really want to get away from Soundwave.” i looked at him as he expression softened just a bit as he got my message through the family bond, he relaxed so much i believed he was actually going to give me what i wanted, a mission and time away from Soundwave. “There has been some recent Autobot activity that Soundwave has been needing to investigate, you can go with him.” I sighed hearing this, the whole point of a mission was to get away from Soundwave. Now i'm stuck going with him on a mission that probably won't have any Autobots in it… “Yes my lord… Let us go Soundwave…” i started walking away hearing a chuckle come from my father and it didn't help my heat increasing faceplates. Soundwave followed me out and we took off flying across the flight deck faster than a rocket. Soundwave flew faster than me which surprised me because i was the fastest jet there minus my father. I flew faster and got ahead of Soundwave then he did the same thing to me. “Soundwave are we in a race because it seems like it.” i was actually kinda hoping for a race, i enjoy them but unlike my sire i dont sneak out for them. Soundwave speed up heading for a mountain then did a fancy trick over it. “Affirmative…” smiling i speed up and did my own fancy trick and i speed past Soundwave, unfortunately he speed up as well and landed first winning the race. “Wow… you.. were fast…” i landed second trying to catch my breath when i looked at him and saw that he wasn't even out of breath. “One how did you go that fast two you weren't going your fastest were you?” i walked passed him looking for Autobots or energon. When i heard my own voice come from behind me. “There is only so much training can do…” i looked at him with a confused look, when does he ever have time for training? Before i could ask him a gunshot was fired and i was foolish enough to turn around, the gunshot hit just below my spark knocking me to the ground. I didn't see or hear much but what i did was Smokescreens voice and Soundwave’s attempts to fight him, that's when i blacked out and everything was like a dream. I woke up in a cell but not one of Decepticon origin, something told me i was in the Autobot base once more and on top of that i was restrained to the berth in there. “Hey!!! Let me go!! I want to go home….” i thought of the Nemesis and a tear fell down my faceplates, i just want to be safe again. “Well well… look what i dragged in… An Autobot comrade turned bad.” i looked up and growl at Smokescreen as he walked in, if i had my guns i would shoot him and leave but i didn't, not anymore. “Where are my weapons?!” He stopped walking a smirk on his face as he held up my t-cog and my spark broke, there was no chance of me escaping now… “Well it's more than your weapons you should be worried about…” i glared at his back as he walked out but once he left i started crying thinking about what they could do to me, to the Nemesis, my family… Family? When did i start to think of anyone on that ship as family? They sparkling napped me and others years ago, turned me into a fighting machine and i call them family…  Megatron only adopted me because he saw i was willing to do whatever it took to stay alive… I was desperate for a family for someone and he took advantage of that weakness and turned it into a monster… “Had time to think? I don't like seeing you chained up like this…” looking up i saw Arcee walking in with an energon cube. I glared at her and then at the energon cube. “I have thought… about why i am here and why my t-cog was removed.” Arcee sighed and set the energon cube next to me, optics showing regret and sadness. “Sorry Lilac, it was Ratchet’s idea, we didn't want you running on us again before we got to ask your questions.” i growled at her before looking at the energon. “What's in it? Truth serum? False energon? Come on tell me i wanna know before i drink it…” Arcee gave me a shocked look before shaking her head. “What did they do to you i there? Did they put stuff in your energon or hurt you?!” i glared at her at the thought of my father doing something to hurt me. The tears fell from my faceplates against my will, after everything i learned from my father dealing with people i knew once upon a time wasn't one of them. “My father never hurt me or put anything in my rations, not even once! I can't believe you would even consider that!!” Arcee stared at me in shock her optics showing the same thing. I just glared at her as she left, i could only think of one thing while drinking the energon…. I want my father back, i want to be back at the Nemesis…
