Chapter 9

I listened to my father's advice and put up with Starscream for five more months until i had it… “You ungrateful wretch!! I shall have your spark if you can't learn to obey me!!” I growled and clenched my dentas together to hold my glossa back. That was until he scratched my face and added to my many wounds which he gave me if i failed a mission, sometimes on purpose. “Starscream i did what i thought was right and what i thought would help us gain the energy source for the space bridge…” He did not like me speaking up and slapped me across my faceplates as hard as he could and that's when i lost it… I shot at his wings and tackled him to the floor pinning him down as he screamed. “Starscream… I control this ship now and its crew! You no longer command me!! You can have your job as military overseer back but i rule the Decepticons and I am the TRUE heir to Megatron’s throne!” He cowered in fear like he always does and nodded frantically as i held my gun to his head glaring at him. “Ye.. yes my queen…” I got off of him and he ran out of the room as fast as he could and that's when i remembered Soundwave was here the whole time. “Soundwave… Do you accept me as the leader? If you don’t i will gladly relinquish my title to someone more fit for the job.” Soundwave didn't answer but he gave a recording of my father “She will make an excellent ruler” then he gave another quote of Breakdown “I believe you will be great.” I smiled at Soundwave and looked around the room until i saw my father's throne… “I may be leader but i refuse to sit where my father once sat… I will never be the same leader he was so i am unfit for the his throne… Soundwave please open a live video feed to the whole ship and every comm link outside the ship.” He nodded and did as told and i stood in front of the screen. “Decepticons… I have taken control of the ship, Starscream is no longer your leader i am… from now on instead of reporting to Starscream you will report to me unless it is military mission reports… I can't be the leader Lord Megatron was but i want you to accept me… anyone who doesnt will answer to me and to me alone…” i turned off the screen and within five minutes i heard cheers echo through the whole ship and i smiled heading to the medbay for repairs. Three months have past since i became leader and everyone respects me fairly well, i have to remind them who is boss sometimes but soon enough they get the picture. Starscream hasn't even tried to murder me yet so i figured i was doing a good job, but just because the troops are happy and the Decepticons are doing well it doesn't mean i don't think of my father every day. I greatly miss him and constantly have dreams of him coming back to us but… I know it is nothing more than a dream. The Autobots have been quiet recently and its made me curious so i sent out a team of seekers to search for any Autobots, they found nothing. Sighing i got off the throne and started heading toward the flight deck to go see the mine activity, i finally got the nerve to sit on the throne about a week ago but i still feel like i committed treason by sitting on it. When i got down into the mine i saw that everything was fine, accept the fact that there was an Autobot spy about to blow the mine sky high with a grenade. “Autobot!! What do you think you are doing?!” i shot the grenade and blew it up fortunately it didn't hit any energon. “Scrap!!” The Autobot tried running but the vehicons and skycons stopped him before he got far. “Where is Screamer? Can't do the dirty jobs himself? Ha some Lord!” i growled and grabbed the Autobots throat and recognized him as Smokescreen, Optimus Prime's son… “Starscream is no longer leader of the Decepticons, i am.. i took control of the ship and became leader of the Decepticons. Why are you here Smokescreen?” He got a shocked look on his face and then just smirked and started laughing “Screamer got overthrown imagine that hahaha!! Actually i'm surprised you even remember me Lilac. I'm more surprised i remember you.” i growled and shot his door wing in revenge of what he did to me the last time we met, this was going to be fun. He screamed and tried thrashing away but the vehicons had to strong of a grip to break free. “Smokescreen i would kill you but i need you alive to deliver a message to your father… Tell him and everyone else on your team that Lilac has become leader of the Decepticons and is willing to discuss peace arrangements if Optimus Prime comes alone to these coordinates… Did you get that?” He nodded his helm and we let him go as he ran out of the mine. Little does he and the Autobots know i don't want peace… i want the Prime to be dead for all the pain he caused… Tonight the Prime will die at the hands of Megatron’s daughter…
