"Diana! Oh my god, are you okay?" Louis had just dropped me and Lauren off at home. Karla was currently acting like the adult. "I'm fine. Just a little asthma." She nodded. The house phone rang. Karla just sat there, ignoring it. I stood up and saw the caller ID. "She's been calling ever since she left the hospital. I honestly don't want answer."
We sat there in silence. The silence that made you think. And so I did. Louis ran through my head. He had acted so friendly towards me. I felt like he had a softer side with me. This wasn't the Louis that Gemma had described. She had made him seemed like a jerk. Or maybe he was.
Maybe I just hadn't seen this side of him. Maybe he was just like that with people he knew. I wondered what he did when he would act like a complete jerk. Did he drink? Did he smoke? Maybe both?
"Your phone's ringing." I reached into my pocket and a smile appeared on my face. It was him. "Hello?" I walked out of the room and walked out into the balcony. "Hello, Mrs. Vargas. How are you feeling?" A giggle escaped my lips.
"Just fine, Mr. Tomlinson. Why the call?" I heard him chuckle. "Well, after I dropped you and Lauren off, I realized that I don't really know much about you. And friends know everything about each other. So, I was wondering if you would like to go watch a movie at my house..."
I couldn't help but smile. "I'd love to." I could picture him smile. "Would right now be okay?" I frowned. I bit my lip, remembering the homework I had. "I'm sorry, Louis. I have homework, and it's due tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow after classes. How does that sound?"
"That'll have to do. See you tomorrow, love." As he hung up, my tummy fluttered with butterflies. I entered the living room and found Karla and Lauren watching Alice in Wonderland, Lauren's favorite. They had a mess of pillows all over the floor. They had a bag of sweets and bowls of popcorn. Both of them had a 3 liter bottle of soda right beside them.
"Aren't you gonna join us? We made you a bowl of popcorn." Karla paused the movie. Lauren turned to me and pouted her lips. "I can't. I have homework. Maybe some other day." Lauren started to throw a fit.
"You said that last time. Do you not love me anymore?" She started to fake a cry. Karla rushed to Lauren's side. "Don't worry, Pebbles, I wuv you." I saw the both of them hug. "Thanks, Bam-Bam. I wuv you, too." I started to laugh.
"Guys, if I honestly didn't know you, I'd think you two were lesbians. Isn't you love a little too much?" Lauren shook her head. "Nope, my love for Bam-Bam is unconditional." Then both of them started singing Unconditionally by Katy Perry.
How on earth had I ended up with these psychos? I shook my head and finished my work.

"Hey, there." I let my spoon down and looked up. It was Gemma. "Oh, hello." She set her things down and sat beside me. "Tiffany kicked you out. She wants you to go get your things." I rested my head in my hands.
I felt someone sit beside me. "What's going on?" Louis asked. I rose my head and took my tongue out at him. Gemma laughed. "She got kicked out of the frat house." He rose his eyebrow. "By who?"
"Your old toy, Tiffany." He gave Gemma a stare. "Don't even start." I suddenly felt a weird tension. I coughed and stood up. "Um, it's 11:38. The music teacher is finally back. And we need to get there, Louis." He nodded and led me to the music room.

"Good afternoon. I'm Mrs. Lancaster, your music teacher. I'm absolutely sorry for not being here since the first day of classes. I gave birth in the middle of the summer and they gave me a few days. Anyways, how many piano players do I have?" About half of the class rose their hands.
