shu and rina

chapter 14

from shu's point of view

we got to BC sol and we met the team owner and bey trainer then they showed us to our dorms i asked chris to the side because i needed to talk to her about rina's therapy

cris: so shu what did you need to talk to me about?

me: rina is going through therapy and her therapist said we can continue it  over video chat yesterday was her last session before we headed out here. she can compete. 

cris: alright shu she can continue her therapy here we have a therapist here so we can have her see him i'll call her therapist over in japan and switch her over to here

me: can i meet him i want to make sure i can trust him. im rina's husband and i don't leave her with people unless i trust them i trust the rest of the team and bey trainer and you but i want to make sure my wife is getting the best treatment possible.

cris: of course we had no idea you were married lets head over to his office right now bring rina so she can meet him too

shu: alright 

i went to find rina and i found her with the rest of the team and smiled because she was happy and i went and asked her to come with me for a few minutes and we went and met the therapist he was so nice to rina and then chris said that rina could continue her therapy here and then we went back to the rest of the team

valt: hey rina, shu where did you two go off to?

rina just stayed silent and i looked over to her and held her hand and gave her a look that said it was alright you can tell them then rina took a deep breath and asked chris to have every blader join us in the meeting room for an announcement and we headed to the meeting room so rina could tell them what was going on then rina stood at the front of everyone.

rina: guys i have to tell you this but this does not leave this room im trusting you with the biggest secret i could ever tell you 

everyone shook their heads in agreement 

rina: guys im in therapy because in my past i went over seas and some bad stuff happened there i would get beat up on a daily basis for no reason and as you all know shu and i are married and on our honeymoon that got delayed a week because of me being in a coma i got beat up one time and that just brought up painful memories and thats what caused me to have to go to therapy i went to go see the team therapist so i could continue my treatment here

honcho: are you able to compete with us 

rina: yes honcho im able to compete its not like a broken leg or anything like that and the doctor said its healthy to talk about this so you may ask me anything im open to questions

silas: what caused your stupid coma was it because you're no good at this game 

rina: i collapsed at our wedding reception silas 

after that rina ran out of the room crying 

me: Silas how could you say that to her she had a panick attack and couldnt breathe right at our reception and now i have to go after her and make sure she's alright 

chris: Silas may i have a word with you in private shu go check on rina and make sure she's alright 

i went to find rina and chris had a talk with scilas  and i found her in tears and went over to her and she saw me and came over to me and hugged me and i hugged her back. when she looked up at me i wiped her tears away and gave her a kiss then we headed back to the meeting room 

valt: rina you're back are you alright?

rina: im fine valt no need to worry i just needed a few minutes 

valt hugged rina and she went over to the other memebers of the team and she was happy and laughing she was getting along great with the others and i went and joined her then chris called everyone to attention

chris: everyone i have an announcement to make  Silas carlisle will no longer be on this team his attitude towards rina was unacceptable so he will be leaving the team effective immediately we are trying to make everyone feel accepted an close to each other and he failed at that miserably

everyone was shocked but understood chris took us on a tour of the facilities like the dorms she let me and rina share a room since we were married. then we went to the kitchen to get something to eat and we met the cook angie and she was so nice then me and shu went over to valt and the others after we got our food. everyone was so nice and warm to us. it felt so good to see everyone treat rina right and not judge her for her past. then chris called us in for a team meeting 

chris: alright sunbat united has challenged us to a friendly battle again and i have chosen who is gonna be on our team to face them i have chosen valt aoi, shu kurenai, and rina black shu will be captain good luck guys i hope you win

everyone was happy except this guy named stan hamburg (a/n i want stan to be on the team still so in this story he never left the team) he looked at rina with a mad look on his face and rina saw the look and looked away with a sad look on her face

rina: chris thanks for putting me on the team to face sunbat united but i think stan should take this one he deserves it more than me im fine with sitting on the bench for this one 

chris: are you sure rina?

rina: yes chris i made up my mind 

chris: alright stan you're on the team

stan: rina thanks for believing in me 

rina: no problem stan im just a rookie you've been here longer than me i think you deserve this one 

after that i gave her a kiss

rina: whats that for

me: for believing in stan and being so nice

we all left and went to practice rina got a new bey and she mastered it before we came out to BC sol and she worked so hard at training today she didn't stop to eat or drink anything and she was sweating extremely hard and after like 5 hours she went over to the bench and sat down i brought a towel with me and a bottle of water 

me: here these are for you. you need to stay hydrated and not push yourself so hard 

rina: alright shu i guess i got way into it im gonna go and get something to eat and then go to bed care to join me in getting some food

me: yea id love to go get some food

we went to the mess hall and saw everyone there eating and enjoying themselves and then we went to go get our food and sat down with the others then after we ate me and rina went to bed
