shu and rina

chapter 27

from shu's point of view

the next morning i woke up and saw rina still asleep she looked so peaceful but i saw tear marks staining her face did she cry in her sleep and i not hear her? i shook her gently to wake her up then i hugged her and she started crying in my arms 

me: hey its okay im right here just let it out just breathe 

rina cried and then she passed out in my arms and i laid her down and let her rest this off for a bit and i just held her hand and a few hours later she woke up and handed her a glass of water and we went to the training room for a bit rina didn't use her cane she pretty much knew her way to the training room. after we trained we went to get lunch from the cafeteria and we ate together at valt and honcho's table and we laughed so much and had a good old time and shu took me out on the town for a bit and we went to the beach and just sat there together it was so peaceful

from rina's point of view 

shu had taken me out on the town and we went to the beach and some goons came up to us i was scared and shu protected me. they punched and hit shu so much he got knocked out 

me: shu!! please wake up please 

i screamed for help and someone came to the rescue and called an ambulance for shu i was so scared he might have gotten hurt or worse then the ambulance came and i was in tears i called cris and told her to meet me at the hospital and she rushed right over. we got to the hospital and i had to be separated from shu i hated this now i know what all shu went through with me but i couldn't stop crying and cris walked in and she saw me in tears and hugged me and i cried in her arms and then the doctor came out of the exam room

doctor: shu kurenai's family?

me: that me how is my husband will he be alright 

doctor: yes he will be fine he just got knocked out but he is asleep you may go to see your husband 

i ran right to shu and saw him asleep and i couldn't help but cry when i saw him like that and i went right over to his bedside and cried so much and he woke up a few hours later and i had fallen asleep 

from shu's point of view

i woke up in a hospital bed with rina by my side and saw her eyes were red from crying as she slept. i shook her awake and she hugged me me and cried so much i felt so bad for making her worry like she did and cry so much. then cris came into my room

cris: shu you're awake thats a good thing 

rina ran out of my room crying and i ran after her but i couldn't find her so i went back into my room and sat down next to cris

cris: rina was so upset seeing you like the way you were she cried so much she knows how much you worried about her and now is feeling the same way 

me: i hate making her worry i need to find her and apologize to her for making her worry 

i went and found rina crying near a window and went over to her

me: rina?

she was surprised to see me and she turned away and i touched her back and rubbed her back and she hugged me and i hugged her back 

rina: i-i-i-i thought i was gonna loose you i now know how you felt when it was me in there all those times i had to get medical help im so sorry 

she finally pulled away and lifted her head up and i wiped her tears away

me: rina its alright im safe and sound please stop crying u look more beautiful with a smile on your face 

after that we went back to the room and saw cris 

rina: cris thank you for comforting me when i was crying before we came in here

cris: no problem im happy to help im glad to see you stopped crying 

we left the hospital and went back to BC sol and then we got a surprise ken showed up 

me and shu: ken what are you doing here 

ken: i came to sign up with the team and i finally got used to using my real voice i stopped using my puppets 

rina: come with me im gonna take you to him but first give me a hug its been so long since ive seem you its amazing to see you 

ken and rina hugged but i was fine with it because we were all friends from back home and it did feel good to see him again after all these years then we went to valt and honcho then they were so happy to see ken again we all sat and ate and caught up with each other and we showed ken to his room 

ken: hey rina can i ask you something?

rina: yea sure ken what's up

ken: did something happen to your eye? why do you use that cane?

i looked at rina and she looked away in sadness but i held her hand and she looked back at ken and took a deep breath

rina: there was an accident a few months back i was in a battle against lui and he broke my bey before i knew it everything went red and part of my bey pierced my eye and now im technically half blind but i can still battle good

ken: im so sorry about that rina you have my support rina wanna go train?

all of us: yea 

we went to the training room for what seemed like hours me and rina stayed off to the side for a bit i noticed rina looked a little tired and we just sat on the bench in the room and she was breathing pretty hard 

me: hey guys im gonna take rina back to our room she looks pretty tired from earlier 

i took rina back to the room and laid her down on the bed we both had a hard day but hers was harder because of her crying alot today and when her head hit the pillow on the bed she was out like a light
