Ch 11

Amanda's POV

Well it's time to go back to school. I actually miss it. Is that a bad thing? I don't know... The thing is ever since I got my ears and tail I can't get them to go away. I wasn't expecting this. Originally I was gonna wait to show the whole school about my wolf/fox side but guess I can't now.

I finally get to walk to school but there's one thing that's happening today that I wish wouldn't. Today is volleyball tryouts and you know what that means. My mom is making me try out for them. And let's just say I'd rather not. I mean I'm not bad at it, I just don't want to try out. It's that simple really.

~skip to entering school~

Well this is it. I'm ready.... sorta. I walk into the building. Everyone that was talking stopped as soon as they saw me. Then some started to whisper and I knew what it was about. It was me. I just keep walking not making any eye contact with anyone. But then as I'm walking down the Hall I hear someone call my name as I turn around I feel someone run up to me and give me a big hug. I started freaking out. I hate hugs. (In real life I do actually hate being hugged. It makes me feel uncomfortable.) 

"Get off me!!!!" I screamed at whoever it was.

When that wouldn't let go I pushed them off. Hard. They fell and I could tell it was a boy.... Hm strange. It sounded familiar.

"Oh I'm sorry Amanda.... I forgot you don't like being hugged. It's been so long. Do you reconize me?" The mysterious boy said.

As soon as he said that I knew who it was. It was Jay and I felt so sorry I ever pushed him.

"OMG Jay. I'm sooo sorry. Here let me help you up." I said helping him up gently.

"It's fine. It was my fault anyway. I forgot you don't like being touched. I deserved it. Anyway we better get to class."

Wow he changed a lot. The old Jay never went to class. He normally skipped. Maybe he really has changed. I mean the old Jay would never even think about hugging me.

"Yea, you're right. Well cya maybe later Jay." I said deep in thought.

"Yea, cya."

And with that I was truly stunned. He didn't care weather I was human or fox or wolf. He still cared about me that's all that matters. I just hope it stays like this forever. Just friends forever. Forever.

I'm trying to get out as many chapters as I can to make up for the ones I've missed. But I'm a little sick and I've got a lot of tests coming up so there might not be new ones all the time.
