Amyra.
She left. She really left. Again.
Was it my fault?
"It wasn't your fault; but you shouldn't have been so harsh with her. She drove over for 5 hours to come to you. Would it kill you to be nice, for once?" My brother responds, rolling his eyes, and rubbing a hand over his face. "You're unbelievable, Amyra." He sighs, before leaning back on his chair.
"Do you expect me to welcome her back with open arms after she left me?"
"Stop acting the like the victim. She left because you told her to. She came back because you asked her to. Stop treating her like a rag-doll. Stop acting like you're so high and mighty, Amyra. Don't you see? She's hurting because of you. Whatever she said to you, was true. You can't just walk in and out of her life whenever you feel like. She has feelings too." He snapped and walked out, "Jesus Christ." I hear him mumble outside my room, before his shadow on my door finally disappears, signalling he's left.
Amazing.
Mithila.
The loud, annoying ringtone of my iPhone woke me up, making me mumble incoherent words, angry that someone decided to run my precious, precious sleep this morning.
I pick up my phone and grumble out a response, to understanding my own words, due to the heaviness in my voice. "I'll come back tomorrow, let me sleep, you toot-head." I whine, before pressing the end button. I fall back asleep instantly, not even bothering to formulate what I had been told. I mumbled incoherent words and fell back asleep, not bothering to pull the blanket over my head this time. I'll just sleep with a stuffy nose.
I woke up with a loud knock on my door, and I groaned, before walking towards the door lazily, trying to rub the sleep out of my eyes.
"We have to talk, Mithila."
