The Truth

POV:Edward
I scoffed! Help us! What would she even do? Annoy them to death?

I looked towards her pointedly and said, "You cannot and we don't need it anyways."

She rolled her eyes, annoyance taking place of the worry on her face.

She retorted, "Lemme guess- you guys fight the war, Bella is stashed somewhere but with whom because she'll track all of your scents down. Oh! And how do you plan on dealing with the Volturi? Beg for their mercy?"

My family stared at her surprised by her outburst. Suddenly, Alice began to panic.

"I can't see the future anymore!!!"she screeched. Jasper took her away trying to calm her down. I stared after her before turning back to Mavia, " Jake would be staying with Bella and the wolves would help us too."

"What! And you think the Volturi won't be able to catch the scent of the wolves? Besides I am pretty sure you would be there with Bella, you creep. You wouldn't leave her alone."she mocked before adding , " Come with me to the wolves, I will explain the plan only once."

I rolled my eyes at her but what she said next caught me by surprise.

"I know the weakness of the Volturi."

Carlisle nodded before walking away to call the beasts.

POV: MAVIA

Bella hadn't spoken a word since "dinner" . With Edward's reckless driving we reached the gang pretty quickly. They agreed upon a truce seeing the situation.

I quickly jumped out of the car and walked towards the door.

".....what does she know about them? More importantly how? Are we just supposed to trust a stranger?...."there was a pause, "Yeah I remember Seth but what if..."

Before Sam could finish I walked in the door, "Traitor? Really Sam? I know you didn't like me but come on!"

The guys quickly quietened while some looked at me apologetically. There were seven of them present - I supposed the rest would be informed? I recognised a few of them - Sam, Paul , Seth , Leah ,Jacob, Embry and Quil . The seventh guy was a new face.

The pack stiffened when the Cullens entered the room. I hated the tension in the room.

"Ohk so I don't have a plan per say but I have a lot of information that can help you." It was my turn to look apologetic as the room erupted in angry retorts.

"I should have known." Edward commented after the shouting died down.

I looked at him annoyed and waved my hand in his face, "Your kind shouldn't even be existing right now."

Their confused faces encouraged me to continue, "You guys -for lack of better word- are a lower form of monsters. Somebody much more powerful than Aro had ordered the extinction of your kind but Aro wanted to be king and ran away, eventually populating your kind again. He hides the truth from you and anyone who finds out ends up dead. But you guys worship him."

I know it was hard to accept it and even the pack looked at in silence. Deciding they should know atleast a fraction of the truth I turned to the pack, " The person who ordered their killing was somewhat lazy. He got lucky when your ancestors prayed to him yo rid them of these monsters. So he cursed them to ..." I finished waving my hands at them.

Sam was the first to speak, "Prayed? Curses? You expect us to believe that?"

I looked at him amused, "Oh gee! What was I thinking? How could people who turn into wolves believe in curses?"

He just glared at me until Seth coughed and he turned away. Rosalie spoke up, " How do you know all this ?"

"You don't need to worry about that. You know the Volturi will be here within a week. The pack will need to leave the place where the fight happens immediately otherwise the Volturi will kill all of you. The attack was to weaken you."

"What do you mean?" Esme asked.

"Haven't you figured it out. Did you really think your oh so powerful Volturi would not be aware of the new coven? They are helping them to weaken you so that he can recruit Edward and Alice and I think Bella. If he finds any traces of the pack it will give him a wonderful excuse to kill them and you guys."

Sam spoke up , " But we will be helping them. They need all the help they can get. Besides I don't want the bloodsuckers in my town."

I sighed, " I know Sam but you will have to be careful. What about Bella?"

Edward answered carefully, " She will be staying with Jacob at a safe place. I will also be with her."

I shook my head and said, " You should not be with her." But when I saw Bella inch closer to Edward with a defiant look I sighed in defeat and understanding.

"Last thing guys. I will be with you." As soon as I said that the pack erupted in protests shocking me.

Paul argued the loudest, " You will not ! You will be with Bella!"

I was too shocked to react until finally Seth spoke up, " Why don't you guys discuss the strategy ? I will get our stuff back from the beach."

Saying this he walked out silently. The pack glared at me. I looked at them and then at the door. "I'll help!" I shouted and ran behind Seth eager to escape the room.

A/N: The next chapter will be for Seth and Mavia so it will be a little slow but VERY SWEET!

The chapter after it will include the Volturi!
