That Idiot

You were walking around the town trying to find a gift for Wendy. You wanted to make sure she remembered the time you both spent together during the Grand Magic Games. And in hopes of getting her to forgive you. However, as you stop by a shop window to see the selection, you hear an explosion in the distance. The wind was coming from that direction so you caught a scent you easily recognized.

You: "That idiot..." You mutter before sprinting in the direction of the explosion. That was unmistakably Natsu starting another fight. And if you remembered correctly, that was where the Saber Tooth Guild was staying.

Random Man: "What's happening in there?!" You curse as another explosion is heard from the building. What could have caused Natsu to run in and destroy the place?

Natsu: "WHERE IS HE!!!" He yelled as he punched one of the guild members in the face. "WHERE'S YOUR MASTER!!!" You quickly hid behind a pillar to see what this was about.

Sting: "What is this?" He yells as he runs into the area with Rogue and their exceeds. You then watch as a old muscular man walks in claiming to be the master of the guild.

Natsu: "So its just one loss and you're out huh?! Well let's see if you follow those rules!" Natsu shouts as his fist burst into flames.

Rogue: "Is he talking about Yukino?" You heard him mutter. You then remember hearing that name from a match earlier where that Celestial Spirit Mage lost her match. Did they kick her out because of a loss? Your fist clenched as you thought about it.

ST Master: "Dobengal. Get rid of this trash." You hear as a man dressed as a ninja appears in front of Natsu and begins to fight him. However, Natsu seemed to find him an annoyance and quickly finished him off.

Natsu: "My beef ain't with you pal." He says as Dobengal smashes into the wall. Sting then walked up to their master.

Sting: "Master, I'll take care of him." The master, however, put his hand up stopping him.

ST Master: "No, how about you handle that other intruder." You hear as your eyes widen. All the dragon slayer in the area then notice your scent not having noticed before because of the commotion.

Natsu: "(Y/N)? What are you doing here?" He asks as you come out of hiding.

You: "Well, I came to stop you from doing something dumb." You say and Natsu looks to the ground and glares. "But I heard what this is about. And I can't stand a guild who doesn't treat their members like family!" You punch a fist into your palm as purple spectral energy flows out of you.

Natsu: "Alright! I'm all fired up!" He yells as a smirk appears on his face. In an instant Natsu runs toward the guild master and bombards him with flaming punches. You quickly move your head as a bright white fist flies past.

Sting: "I don't care much about you. I'll end this quick so I can fight Natsu." He says with a cocky grin. You both jump away from each other and get into your fighting stances. A grimace appears on your face. You know Sting is the bigger and most likely stronger opponent. You'll have to get in close to do any damage.

You: "I can stand here all night." You taunt and shuffle you feet slightly hoping to get him to throw the first punch. It paid off as he rushes forward. The instant his feet are off the ground you move into his guard. You hit him with a magic coated fist to the gut. However, your eyes widen as you feel a pain on your left side. You are sent skidding back from the punch he managed to hit you with.

Sting: "Is that all you've got?!" He taunts in return. Just as you are about to reply, you hear Natsu yelling.

Natsu: "Lightning Flame Dragon! Firing Handoff!" You quickly put up your arms as an explosion shakes the building. As the dust clears you see a woman standing with odd looking magic flowing from her hands.

Sting: "Lady Minerva?!" He says in surprise. Your eyes glare slightly, she had something about her that you didn't like one bit.

Minerva: "I believe this has gone a little too far." She spoke in which the Saber Tooth Guild Master seemed to argue with her. "I'm doing this for their sake, if two competitors were to be killed, it would leaves us in an awkward spot."

Natsu: "I think you're just afraid of seeing your guild put down." He taunts, you know Natsu would probably have won if no one had stopped him. But you would have lost with the lack of preparation.

Minerva: "Let's solve this in a peaceful manner, that is the only way you'll get your cat back unharmed." She says as Happy materialized out of thin air.

Natsu: "Happy!" He yells as you curse under your breath, they had you where they wanted. Natsu seemed to want to run up and take Happy back by force but instead looked at the floor. Minerva then let go of Happy as he ran toward Natsu crying.

You: "We should get going." You say as Natsu turns and walks toward the destroyed door.

Natsu: "A real Guild treats their members like family. That's what I came to say." He states as he walks out. You continue to stand there glaring at them.

Sting: "Haven't had enough?!" He taunts as you continue to glare at Minerva. You didn't like her at all, she was manipulative and had an aura of killing intent around her. You look over at Sting and smirk.

You: "I'm sure Rogue over there would have been a better fight."

Sting: "What you say?!"

Rogue: "Don't listen to him, he's just trying to rile you up." This seemed to make Sting hesitate.

You: "Yup, you should listen to your superiors." You say as you turn around. This got the desired reaction.

Sting: "I'll show you superior! White Dragon! Roar!"

Rogue: "Sting! No!" You watch as the laser-like breath attack comes at you and smirk. You had felt it when he punched you, this white holy magic was your weakness. It had hurt a lot more than it should have. A magic that cleanses spirits. What other way to get rid of a weakness than to absorb it? If Natsu could do it then so could you.

Sting: "How did you?" He mutters as he sees his attack disappear and you standing completely fine.

You: "You better hope none of you have to face me in the games. You'll come to regret it." You promise as you leave. As you walked away you could feel the white dragon slayer magic combining with your own. It was building up and bubbling, but you suppressed it.

Erza: "You idiots! How could you even think about going out and doing that?!" She yells and hits you both on the head. You hiss in pain as Wendy heals your side.

Wendy: "Promise me you won't do something like that again." You hear her say quietly.

You: "Hmm?" You question as you lean down to look at her face. In her eyes you could see anger and worry clashing.

Wendy: "Don't worry me like that again!" She yells causing the others to turn silent. You frown but then smile as you rest your forehead against Wendy's.

You: "Okay, I promise."
