Nandini's POV :

In front of us was my father.. Glaring at us as if he was betrayed. Though if he get to know about Manik's plan then he will definitely feel betrayed.

"So u finally choose music." That line was directed to me..

"Of course. After all I am free now. No one will tell me what to do or not and after all u snatched my hotels so I have plenty of time now for music." I said proudly..

Now I don't give a damn about him. He can think whatever he wants.. I am not here to please him anymore and it's all because of Manik. He gives me the strength by staying with me.

" I see u are already a free bird. Manik, control her before its too late. Women should always be under control of men. How u let her perform that too with u." He said as if he was disappointed on Manik.

"I saw the passion she has for music when we were in college.. As an artist I know how painful it is to not able to persue music that's why I suggest them to perform with fav5." Manik tried to deal with him politely.

"I thought u are like me. U will control her as a husband but u set her free. Maddy was right, I made a huge mistake choosing u for her. She needs to be tamed."

"U met Maddy inside of the cell! Why would you do that?" I shouted.

"He wanted to talk. Everything he said is becoming true.. U will ruin our family name if u are not in control. U are not an ideal woman. U deserve man like Maddy." He said coldly and whatever feelings left inside of me for him just vanished..

"Yeah. I am not an ideal woman but u are definitely disgusting." I said angrily and walk away.

"I am not letting him ruin my day. I am not letting him ruin my day." I was chanting this while sitting inside of the car. I was in a mood of breaking something but didn't find anything.

Manik opened my door and said to come out. Dangling keys of the car kept on my palm then closed it.

" U are going to drive."

"Manik I am not in a good mood and I know I can't right now."

"U are going to drive. It's ur choice like the way u want it."

"If ur car breaks down then don't blame me." I got inside of the car and Manik hopped on the passenger sit.

I took a deep breath and started the car. I was driving over the speed limit, taking dangerous turns and cuts..

"I deserve Maddy! How a father can be that pathetic!" I shouted.

"Never said a good thing about me, never cared for me. He only had one tension who will be his heir.. Once a pathetic always a pathetic but he is pathetic forever." I almost hit a car but I managed to turn the car on time.

Manik didn't say anything. He just sat there calmly. Not even an ounce of tension or horror bcz of my driving.

I stopped the car harshly in front of our house and start panting. I felt Manik rub my back.

"u cool now?"

"Not cool but better."

"Let's not ruin our day... Go and get ready.."

"For what?"

"Told u I have a surprise."

"Ok. So what to wear?"
