Chapter 8: Finally Home

Skylar's POV
The Next Day: Forks, Washington

We arrived back in Seattle but when we got off the plane we bumped into Bella and Edward.

"What are you guys doing back?" Bella asked confused.

"Bella we know." I said looking at her and then she looked at me then back at Edward who was glaring at my stomach making me put my hand over my stomach.

This guesture didn't go unnoticed by Bella making her full attention go on me. "You too."

"Yeah." I said sniffling rubbing my stomach. "Twins actually."

"How do you know?" Bella asked looping my arm with hers as Emmett and Edward walked behind us and talked in whispers that I couldn't even hear.

"I can hear their heart beats." I smiled.

"Can you hear his?" Bella asked.

"His?" I said eying her.

"I like to think he's a boy." Bella blushed.

"Come on. Car's here." Edward grumbled walking infront of us and put all our bags in the car with Emmett.

Bella and I got in the back seats as Edward got in the drivers and Emmett in the passengers.

Once we got to the Cullen's Rebekah and Rosalie wouldn't leave our sides and would barley let anyone near us.

Bella and I sat on the couch watching tv with our hands on our baby bumps until Carlisle walked in the house from work.

"Sky, Bella. You two wanna join me in my office?" Carlisle asked.

Bella and I nodded and got up as Rebekah was on my right and Rosalie was on Bella's left.

"You two wanna leave Bella, Skylar, and I alone?" Carlisle asked Bekah and Rose.

"Like hell we're leaving." Bekah said overprotective.

"Okay. Girls, please sit up on the beds." Carlisle guestured to the beds you'd see in the doctors office.

Carlisle tried to do anything to see if our babies were healthy but the sonograms wouldn't work and needles wouldn't penetrate the embryonic sack.

"Girls, I don't think there's anything I can do." Carlisle said sympathetically. "It appears the, uh, fetus, is more like us. And there's only two options. Its either give them up and we can take them out now or......"

"No." I frowned.

"Excuse me?" Carlisle asked.

"We mean no disrespect Carlisle, but we're not giving them up. And don't say you can't save us, you can save me at the last minute, just like you did with everyone else. And Sky, she doesn't need saving. She's a wolf, she'll heal quick." Bella said.

"That was the thing I was affraid to bring up." Carlisle sighed.

"What do you mean?" Rose asked.

"Since Skylar is part wolf/part witch. That'll make the fetus' even more stronger than the one in Bella. Which makes it even more dangerous since there's two." Carlisle frowned.

"I don't care." I stated.

"Sky." Emmett said getting my attention. "Maybe Carlisle's right."

"What?!" I growled. "You were the one that told me having these babies were a good thing!"

"I'm just saying. If it means loosing you, I'm not willing to make that chance." Emmett said looking at me sadly.

"Alright, we're done here!" I said standing up as Bekah stood next to me in case before I walked towards the door and stopped in the door way next to Emmett, looking up at him. "And you can go fuck yourself."

And with that I left upstairs with everyone's eyes following me until I went into Emmett's room with tears in my eyes and locked Rebekah out before she could enter.

"Sky, let me in." Rebekah said knocking lightly on the door.

But I just ignored her and cried myself to sleep.

Later
Rebekah's POV:

I've been knocking on Emmett's door for the past half hour trying to get Sky to open but gave up when I realized she cried herself to sleep.

This just made me even more pissed.

I marched my way downstairs and when I saw Emmett that's when hell broke loose.

"Uh oh." Elena frowned seeing my expression.

"Rebekah." Elijah said slowly, but I ignored them and went straight for Emmett.

"You Bloody Wanker!" I cussed hitting him upside the head. "Are You Fucking Nuts?! Do You Know How Much Pain Your Putting Her Through Right Now?!"

"Mind you're own business. I just suggested it because I don't wanna lose my wife!" Emmett growled.

"No! What You Said To Her, You'd Be Lucky If You Haven't Lost Her Already! All That Girl Has Ever Wanted Was A Family Of Her Own!!! She Always Put's Everyone Else First And Now That She Wants To Do Something That Should Make Both Of You Happy You Shut Her Down!!!" I hissed. "Now, You Will Man Up And Apologize When She Wakes Up Whether You Want Those Babies Or Not!!! And If I Hear Any Of You Lot Talk Let Alone Think About Getting Ride Of Skylar's Or Bella's Babie's You Not Have To Fear Them, I'll Kill You Mayself!!!"

"I think I just shit myself." Jeremy said not seeing me this scary ever.

Emmett looked sad and sat down with his head in his hands. Good. My work here is done for now.

"Okay, enough with all this fighting now." Esme said. "We all need to be there for the girls and respect their wishes."

Everyone nodded, even for the one's that were against it.

Lets just say everyone also struggled to agree on something.

Alice, Jasper, Damon, Nik, Alaric, Kol, Davina, Matt, Elijah, Bonnie, Freya, Prue, Piper, Leo, Bobby, Sam, and Dean were with Edward and Emmett, against allowing these children be born.

As for Elena, Caroline, Stefan, Jenna, Jeremy, Paige, Phoebe, Hayley, Esme, Connor, Rosalie, and I were supportive of the girl's decisions and want to help protect the babies.

Skylar's POV

I woke up a bit later after feeling a pain in my side but also feeling hungry and noticed my stomach grew a bit in my sleep, great.

I slowly made my way downstairs, but once I reached the bottom everyone had they're eyes on me sympathetically.

"What?!" I growled making my way to the kitchen and went through the fridge.

I made myself a sandwhich, but when I was about half way done I felt nauseous again and ran to the grabage can and started throwing up. That's when I felt hands hold my hair back out of my face until I finished.

I turned around to say thank you until I realized it was Emmett. I rolled my eyes, holding my stomach about to walk out.

"Sky, wait." Emmett said grabbing my free hand.

"What?" I frowned.

"I'm sorry, baby. I know I shouldn't have said what I did but I just don't  want to loose you. Trust me, if it was a pregnancy like Hayley's, where you would deliver without possibly dying I'd be the happiest man on this earth. Can you ever forgive me?" Emmett asked.

"I already forgive you. It just hurt because I felt like you didn't want to have a family with me." I frowned as tears started streaming down my face.

"Hey, hey, hey. Don't ever think that baby." Emmett said wipping my tears away and kissed my forehead and touched my bump. "I love you, all of you."

I smiled and hugged him as close as I could without hurting the babies.

"Come on, let's get you and your sister comfortable." Emmett said leading me to the couch and sat me next to Bella before I started to drift off to sleep again.
