Third Person's POV
It's been a couple days since everything went down with the wolves attack and the twins being born. Skylar still hasn't woken up, but the Cullen's and everyone else have helped clean her up of the blood and got her dressed.
Emmett sighed and looked at Carlisle sadly as everyone now sat in the living room.
"She shouldn't be that still." Emmett frowned.
"It's the morphine." Carlisle assured.
"Maybe I was too late. Or maybe it just won't work because of her wolf side." Emmett sighed putting his head in his hands.
"No. Don't give up hope." Carlisle said, trying to comfort his son. "Listen to her heart."
That's when everyone's head snapped up when they heard a heart stop beating. Emmett quickly rushed to Carlisle's office to see Skylar looking more beautiful than she ever has. That's when she woke up with a gasp, a faint heart beat in her chest, and golden eyes.
Skylar's POV
I woke up to the bright light with a slight gasp. Once my eye sight focused and everything seemed much clearer than it did when I was part wolf. I could actually see dust particles in the air, the slight condensation on the vace, and the patricles of what the paper looked like on Carlisle's painting on the wall.
That's when I sat up and turn my head noticing Emmett look at me with a big smile. I slightly blushed and he took my hands in his letting my hands slide up his arms as he cupped my face with his hands, making me look at him.
"So beautiful." Emmett whispered with a smile. "We're almost the same temperature now."
I blushed and Emmett lead me to a mirror. I kinda stood shocked at the person in the mirror that looked back at me.
My skin was still the same olive skin it's always been, but with no flaws like blemishes or bags under my eyes. My hair wasn't at my breasts anymore, it was waist length, curlier, and had more volume and color to it. My eyes were a lighter color of my wolf eyes. Instead of a brighter yellow, it was somewhat like the Cullen's, a golden brown. And my body didn't really look the same either. My posture was straighter, my boobs were a couple sizes bigger, about double D's, and I had that perfect hourglass figure.
I smiled, slowly turning and pulled Emmett down into a hug making him grunt.
"Hey, Sky. You're a lot stronger than I am right now." Emmett said as I let him go for a minute and he smiled down at me. "It's your turn not to break me."
This caused me to smirk and grab his ass, pulling him closer to me as he grunted then laughed.
"I love you." I smiled.
"I love you too." Emmett smiled back and pulled me into a passionate kiss.
That was until I remembered our girls. I quickly pulled away as he looked at me curiously.
"Faith and Luna." I said.
"They're incredible. Just like their mother."
"Where are they?" I asked excitedly. "I have to see them."
"Wait, wait, wait." Emmett said stopping me by my waist. "You need to get your thirst under control."
That's when I finally noticed the hunger and grabbed my throat, it felt like it was on fire.
"Yeah, you need to hunt." Emmett frowned and took me by my hand as we jumped out the window and jumped over the river before racing off deeper into the forest. Emmett knew I didn't really need his help hunting, it's just like hunting in my wolf form, just let my instincts take over. And that's what I did. Emmett and I ended up catching a few Mountain Lion's and bears. I had a couple dear as well, just to stay on the safe side before we headed back to the house.
