Once reaching her house at roughly 7:34, there was one thing that entered Zelda's mind, well, it more hit her brain like a frying pan.

Crap! I should've asked for his number. That would've made things so much easier for the future. She thought, sighing and physically bringing her palm to her forehead.

"Zelda, is that you?" Her mother called from the kitchen when she could've easily peeked her head round the door.

"Yeah! I'm going straight to bed" She then yawned, doing as she said as she waddled to her room. Who knew that ballroom dancing for a few hours could be so tiring?

She couldn't help but be mad at herself for not getting his number. It would make things so much easier for the both of them, and now she'd just have to wait for another semi-awkward encounter to actually occur to get it.

Unless...

The chances of him being on some sort of social media were rather high. I mean, they were college students of 2018, of course.

Opening the HyruleGram app on her phone, she hesitantly typed his name into the search bar, not knowing if he'd even go by that name. Low and behold, a profile popped up, with a picture of Aryll making bunny ears behind Link's head. It made Zelda let out a slightly giggly exhale.

But then the dilemma hit.

Was she to just message him and ask for his phone number, or follow him and then do that? It was something she didn't really know what to do. It didn't matter to her much either way, but it felt like something that would leave an impression on Link.

Eventually she decided to follow him, since if she wasn't following him then the message would get filtered out and he'd have to check it manually. That feature was rather annoying, but it did help Zelda get through a pretty stupid problem.

Hey, Link. Would you mind giving me your number? It's probably easier for us to get in contact that way.

A few minutes later, while she was still browsing through the app, a notification rang. She'd received a message back from Link.

Hey! Yeah, that's probably the best, actually. It's xxxxx-xxxxxx (not going to put actual numbers in haha).

Mine is xxxxx-xxxxxx. I'll let you know when the ice rink is free, I'm going there tomorrow.

You are?

Yeah. I'm free from first period so I have a lot of time to kill.

Would it be okay if I joined you after second? I'm free from then.

Sure, yeah. Sounds good.

And that was the end of the conversation. It was so much easier to do that than it would've been in person.

*Buzz*

What the...

Receiving another notification from the same app, she didn't receive another message. It was then she checked her general notifications to see that Link had followed her back.

He... Didn't have to do that. We were able to get in contact from just me following him. It's not like I really mind, though.
