Anyways..Enjoy!!

Jazmine's POV~

I gasp, taking in my surroundings. Where am I? I feel around, touching everything that's close to me. Everything is so soft. It's like a jungle palace.

I inhale a sharp breath as warm hands gently wraps around my eyes. "Don't move." A deep voice from behind me demands. The voice sounds gentle, deep and familiar. Almost like—

"Huey!" My mind screams. A numb feeling takes a hold of my body as everything around me molds into blackness.

Huey's POV~

I hold my chest, feeling a sharp tingling sensation out of nowhere.

"You Ight, man?" My cellmate, Durhan asks, stopping his ramble. I nod my head, sitting up. "Yea,"

He nods his head, continuing, but then my mind spaces off. "Anyways, so like I was saying..." he begins again.

I've been in this juvenile detention center since yesterday evening. Yesterday when Grandad arrived, an officer had told him what I'm being charged for causing Him to cuss out everyone which eventually got him kicked out. He didn't even have enough time to tell me how Jazmine is doing.

"Breakfast time! Get up mutherfuckers!" An officer yells, cutting into my thoughts. Durhan jumps down from his bunk and left when the officer opened our cage. The officer turns his head with sharpness, looking at me. "Well?!"

I slowly look up at him. "I'm not hungry." I simply tell him. He turns on his walkie talkie, mumbling something then leaves. I raise my eyebrow as he comes back in here with two more officers behind him.

"This one thinks he's good to eat the food here. Why don't we teach this ungrateful brat a lesson." He smirks, making eye contact with his boys as if they're speaking in code.

I protect my face as they whip out their batons and begin beating me with them. I can't go out like this. I shouldn't have to. It feels like they're trying to knock my skull out.

I weakly stood, trying to fight them off. I knock one officer down, snatching his gun off of his waist in the process. The other one stops then looks at me as if to say, 'don't get any ideas'. Well Too late.

"Leave this cell right now or this bullet is going through your head and then his next!" I angrily demand as the officer I put down looks up at me, wiping blood off of his lip.

"You think you can just shoot us and get away with it, nigger? You'd better off dead." The officer with the busted up lip chuckled.

I glance out of the corners of my eyes, fear and anger taking over me as a whole swarm of policeman make their way to my cell. "He's in here! He tried to escape! He's dangerous!" The busted up lip officer accuses, pointing at me. Wow. I can't believe this bull shit. I immediately surrender, putting my hands up, dropping the gun, and not saying anything for my own sake.

One officer quickly runs in then stares at me like I'm a disease. He draws back then slaps me. I fell to ground, hitting my head on the metal bunk bed in the process. "Fuck," I mumble, spitting blood out of my mouth. The other officers run in here, attacking me. "Stop resisting!"one yells. "I am not resisting!" I yell back, realizing that they might kill me. My life could end by the hands and weapons of these officers. By the fact of Jazmine, who won't reveal the truth. By the system.
